I do a lot of traveling and pamper myself when I travel so have tried lots of other places but noone takes care of me like this one right here at home. The pedis are awesome they even offer a spa menu of different ones with bath balms and cocktails if you want to bump up your experience for not much more.. sit in a relaxing massage chair and just relax. I called and made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed at 12:30 and when I walked in it was busy . I told Amy that I had an appointment at 12:30 and she told me that there would be a 40 minute wait for me. What's the point in making an appointment if you aren't going to honor it . I went in during a busy time and was rushed through; I had to scrub the polish off my skin afterwards... My polish turned yellow after having my nails painted with the gel polish by Jimmy. I went back to get the polish removed and had planned on getting them repainted. Jimmy said I would need to get the same color polish or pay an additional $25. I didn't won't the same color since the polish was suppose to be red and it turned yellow. He and the other employee I dealt with were very rude and unaccommodating. Ive never had gel polish turn before and dont believe I exposed my nails to any abnormally harsh chemicals. Therefore, I believe this to be a product issue. At the least they could have been respectful. This place lacks professionalism, polite hospitality, and common courtesy. I will never go back. I suggest Nail Bar in Harbor Town. Read Less

My new Nails place. I went on a busy Saturday, so I had to wait about 30 minutes. My bad,I will make an appointment next time. Minnie took care of me and did an excellent job. You can not beat the value 40 bucks for a Mani and Spa pedi, by Spa I mean the works  - salt scrub, massage. Normally in Memphis I pay $40 just for a pedicure. Read Less

So I usually come here and today was the first time bringing my own crackle fingernail polish. I get my hands and feet done. And I pay. Well later on, I am told I need to pay an additional 6 bucks cause I got crackle polish. Now remind you I have my own polish AND I already paid for what I thought was my services.  No one said that polishing my fingers and toes with my own polish would be extra.  I will never ever come back again. Bad enough they charge you to cut down your nails. SMH nail paradise do better.  Ill be taking my business to Memphis instead of a small city sham of a nail salon. Read Less

Avoid the pedicures here! Got a pedicure and got more than I bargained for because I got a nail fungus to go with my pedicure. Never again. I used to get my acrylic nails here and they did a great job, but after the pedi issue I'm scared their nail equipment is unsanitary too. Read Less
