Awesome service! The young lady that took care of me did an excellent job of my manicure and pedicure. She was very professional and very kind. She always made sure that i was comfortable and made sure that I was happy with the service that I received.

I went to get a fill and a toe paint. When i walked in Mary (an older nail tech) wanted to do my nails. Mary is not a good nail tech so i requested another tech. Mary does toes which i said that i would allow her to do.She immediately got angry and purposely waited on several customers even though I was there first. I watched her wait on 4 people out of spite all because i didn't want her to touch my nails. Everyone in Little Rock knows she does peddis and will jack your finger nails up! After 4 long hours her son did it with an attitude. I think that it was a shame and very bad business to be treated like that. People have health problems like diabetes which i do have i won't be back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have NEVER had a nail infection and got one on my toenails!!! They were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Right off the bat, when she trimmed my first toenail (the big toe) I was in immediate pain and then started bleeding!!! I told her, "that's WAY TOO SHORT"!!! She then started to squeeze my toe SOOO hard and YELLING at me, "YOU COMPLAIN WHEN I GET THROUGH!!! " I went to pull my foot away and she said, "I'M TRYING TO STOP THE BLEEDING!!" They are HORRIBLE!!!! I had a gift certificate given to me last minute be my son and daughter-in-law whom weren't from here. They handed me a SEALED envelope and told me they got me a $50 gift certificate and wanted me to ENJOY myself. When they had left, I opened the envelope only to find a Wonder Nails business card!!!! They tried to SCAM $50 out of my son!!! THEY ARE A DISGRACE!!! I called them and after a lengthy conversation the women said, "you must lose it" i said, "NO I DID NOT, I JUST OPENED THE ENVELOPE!!!" she said, "I no know what you talk about" FINALLY she seemed to remember him coming in after I threatened to file charges!! But, I should have asked for a REFUND INSTEAD of having to,go there and receive THE WORST service!!! Filthy nail instumemts, and even brought up the Vietnamese war and how their people suffered!!!!!! WHY WOULD THEY COME HERE THEN!!! THEY OBVIOUSLY HATE ANERICANS!!! If I could give them a MINUS 5 star I WOULD!!!

My experience was not pleasant I went there and I feel like they rushed my nails and didn't take the time to hear what I wanted done and they didn't care for the well being of my nails and I refuse to go back Becuz when I left I had an acrylic drop underneath my nail

Tiffany Carter is the best for pedicures. She prides herself in her work and does not rush to complete your services. I've tried others over the past 14 years but keep coming back to Classy Tips.

I haven't been to a nail salon in years so I took a chance on this spot. The guy who did my set was nice. However, I left unhappy about how my nails looked. The shape of my nails was not what I expect...
I haven't been to a nail salon in years so I took a chance on this spot. The guy who did my set was nice. However, I left unhappy about how my nails looked. The shape of my nails was not what I expected. The lady who usually did my nails understood the round shape I wanted. And it was not a pointed shape. I left with access acrylic under my nails and on my fingers. So my nails were not flattering to my hand, my nails themselves hurt from the careless drilling on my nail bed., my nails were different lengths and even after all of that the shape of my nails still were not neat! There was little creativity provided. I asked to have my tips painted but my entire nail was painted instead. By this point, I was so irritated I stopped caring. After all the time spent getting my nails done, I was offered for my nails to be fixed. But after spending 2 hours in the nail salon, who wants to take out a few more hours out of my day to correct what should have been done accurately in the first place. That's what I get for taking a chance. I won't visit there again. Next time I get antsy I'll contact the person who usually does my nails. #neverstray

this is one of the best nail shops i've ever been to. the pedicures are to die for they massage your legs and wrap your feet in hot towels so relaxing.

I haven't been to a nail salon in years so I took a chance on this spot. The guy who did my set was nice. However, I left unhappy about how my nails looked. The shape of my nails was not what I expected. The lady who usually did my nails understood the round shape I wanted. And it was not a pointed shape. I left with access acrylic under my nails and on my fingers. So my nails were not flattering to my hand, my nails themselves hurt from the careless drilling on my nail bed., my nails were different lengths and even after all of that the shape of my nails still were not neat! There was little creativity provided. I asked to have my tips painted but my entire nail was painted instead. By this point, I was so irritated I stopped caring. After all the time spent getting my nails done, I was offered for my nails to be fixed. But after spending 2 hours in the nail salon, who wants to take out a few more hours out of my day to correct what should have been done accurately in the first place. That's what I get for taking a chance. I won't visit there again. Next time I get antsy I'll contact the person who usually does my nails. #neverstray
