Experience was worst my daughter and I have ever had!!! Only giving a 1 because it’s the lowest I can score. We were the ONLY two people in the salon on a Monday night. We came in for pedi/mani combo. We sit down for pedi and they begin. The one lady broke out the opened unsterilized “cheese” grater but I declined to have this service so she stopped. The male didn’t even use the scrub on my daughter - he just poured oil on her legs for the massage. Next after the hot towel they get out USED unmatched foam slippers to put on our feet. Next thing we know they are unrolling toilet paper to put between our toes in place of the foam toe separators. She and I are shocked this was the service we were getting! Next we get moved over to the nail stations. We chose the powder dip polish. I requested a French manicure color. While working on our nails I look over to my daughter and the lady doing mine begins to cut my nails off!!! I had beautiful long natural healthy nails which she actually commented on how strong they were. She didn’t ask me to even trim them down. I then see her grab the glue and white tips! I stopped to question her asking what are those for? She replies for your nails. I questioned her asking- why did I need fake tips when I had long beautiful healthy nails!!! She continued to say they are for white tips. I exclaimed, I had long beautiful nails for white tips until you cut them off!!!! At that point she’s already cut my nails down to the skin! I was furious and told her just paint them with dip color. In the end, the polish is in the cracks of my skin and all over the backs or my fingers. When I asked if they could get off she said it will wash off. I was like at this point who cares. Next they try to dry our toes because they wanted the used slippers back. We both said no, we didn’t want to put our shoes on yet bc well we all know how it inevitably messes your toes up. So we proceed to pay with my daughter being first. Then they get to me and the electricity or breaker or extension cord trips to the stations that control the debit card machine and the fans that were drying our hands/feet with. She then has to call someone on the phone to walk her through it bc the card machine lost signal. All in all it took us 2 hours to get this service done (the only 2 people in the salon)! In case you were wondering - they didn’t offer a discount or an apology for this horribly lacking service. I mean if I can goto another salon and at least receive clean shoes & equipment, proper toe separators and a tech that is respectful to my wishes that would far outweigh being overcharged for poor and lacking service!!! So my sister and I went here on a whim bc our place wasn't open and this place had good ratings. I was cut and bleeding. I got an "it's ok" as he stuck my bleeding foot in the water. Then the next lady preceded to get acetone in the same cut...2 times. I asked for a very simple design, two colors separated diagonally. Charged an extra $5 for this design. Did not do well on my sisters simple design either. I haven't even mentioned how my niece was with us and paying for her own pedi, she's 5. They rolled their eyes and began talking about us. So very frustrating. Won't ever be back or recommend this place to anyone. Read Less
