I had a massage today with Tina, and she gave me a great one! She was thorough, professional and friendly, compassionate and quiet as she worked-- all characteristics that make you want to return. I also mentioned a sore shoulder that seemed to be a muscular problem, and she worked on that shoulder and arm and it feels significantly better tonight. What I love most about Rejuvenation is the kindness and courtesy of the staff. They are always so accommodating and managed to fit me in for a much overdue massage at the last minute. The facilities banish away stress and worry at the door like crossing into a special land where all you can do is calm down. I love this place. I was there yesterday spending a birthday gift I got from my girls. The massage from Justin was just what this ol’ gal needed. He worked out the kinks without hurting me. I followed that with a facial from Emily. I’m aging and my skin is changing. The products Emily used along with her professional touch was just what this skin needed. Worst experience of my life!! Received a gift card LAST Christmas to Rejuvenation day spa. Life happens and I have not been able to schedule until just recently. I am a stay at home mom to a fairly new baby and my husband is in the military. I scheduled my appointment for Thursday at 430pm. I have never been more excited about a massage from pregnancy back pain, to labor pain, to just overall soreness from carrying my daughter and not sleeping- this was going to be amazing.well so i thought...Unfortunately my husband doesn't always get off when he is supposed to. I called the clinic advising them that there was a possibility that I would be about 15 minutes late at 12pm. I can't leave until he gets home because he has to watch my daughter. They said that was no problem at all and just to get here when I could. My husband texted me around 4 and said that because he is the only supervisor at work that he would be home even later than anticipated. I was of course disappointed because I knew this would affect my appointment that I had finally had the opportunity to make. Anyway, I called the Rejuvenation explained the situation and asked what I should do, I asked if I should reschedule or if they wanted me to still come in. They then told me "just get here as soon as you can." My husband finally got home and I raced to the clinic. Coming from Jacksonville to Little Rock at about 445 so I sat in a little bit of traffic and finally made it there at about 510. Immediately they asked for my name, asked if I had my gift card, and then took my gift card from me. I got on the massage table at about 515 and the massage was OVER at 530. I was STUNNED. I had no clue that my original appointment time was kept the same. They rushed me out of the room and gave me my gift card, I was completely speechless and on the verge of tears. I asked for clarification. They then told me that if I was to reschedule they would've charged me anyway so that's why they had me come in which means I am in my same appointment window. They said the employees are paid by commission and he "stood around waiting on me" so that's why I'm still charged the 95$ for just 15 minutes. I then asked why they wouldn't have told me of there policy beforehand especially when I called them twice letting them know my circumstance and the ladies at the front were so rude and unprofessional they just looked at me and said that I should've known and there was nothing they could do. I walked out after a 15 minute horrible massage I might add and cried in my car for 30 minutes. I've waited so long to have the opportunity to get away and have some mommy time with a relaxing massage and I feel like my money was just taken from me. I just wish the policy would've been made clear to me when I called them at 1pm and 4pm letting them know that I would be late. Instead they just encouraged me to quickly get there and then immediately took my form of payment before I even got my service. Overall horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone after today. One year ago I bought a $100 gift card message for my wife's Xmas present who was pregnant with our first child at the time. A year later she finally has the time to use the gift card and schedules an appointment for 4:45. I usually get off of work at 4 but I had an unforeseen situation come up at work that was going to keep me later than usual. My wife called them at around noon to ask about rescheduling and they said she would be charged a fee for rescheduling but it was ok of she came in a little late. Obviously she chose to keep the appointment and come in a little late. She said she was getting a message for 15 minutes when the therapist said "ok we're done". Apparently their policy is that if you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time that you will be charged full price for missing the appointment or if you come late you will be charged full price but only provided services until the original time slot of the appointment is over. That was not explained when my wife called around noon to inform them I would be off late and she couldn't make it on time since j wouldn't be home to watch our child. She was in tears because she has waited a year to get this message done and we paid $95 dollars for a 15 minute message (it's a 40 minute drive by the way) because she was late for circumstances that were out of our control. I called to speak with the manager and that's how we found out about their real cancellation policy that we were not informed of ahead of time. She just said that it was "unfortunate" that we paid that money for the minimal service. Customer Loyalty Doesn't Matter- I don't usually vent, but I can not stand to be mistreated.  I was seven minutes late to an appointment because I picked up to wandering dogs and took them to a vet to find their owners.  I called  to say I was running late and they said I'd have to reschedule.  A customer for over 20 years, never late to an appointment (don't even think I've ever rescheduled), I will not go to Rejuvenation Clinic again.  It is so frustrating to be loyal to a company and then be treated this way. The medical spa is great. I would never use anyone except Sara!!  I have tried other clinics and was sorry I did.  Sara is very knowledgeable and always up-to-date on the latest procedures.  Over the years I've had Botox, Juvederm, and VIPeel's.  I recently tried SkinTyte and BBL.My skin feels great and I look much younger without the need for surgery.  Sara explains everything in detail and makes me feel at ease.  She also takes great care to make the procedures as pain free as possible.SL Read Less

This is probably the best day spa in little rock where you can actually relax in a nice waiting lounge with snacks and water. Love the locker room where you feel like it's a spa. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are located by the receptionist so you have to leave the locker room to get there. Owners are nice which is a plus. This was my first time getting a facial here and trying out the spa. I usually get facials once a month so I'm used to it. The downside is for the amount of money I paid for an organic facial, it was sad that it was cut short - not even a whole 50 mins. I was a bit confused when I looked at the time as I thought did we go over by 15 mins, it seemed fast. Nope we were undercut by 15 mins. The esthetician was nice but not sure it was all worth it. Maybe I'll try something else. It is a nice place to relax. Not sure why the day spas in Little Rock can't have saunas and showers. That would make this place stand out even more. Enjoyed a great massage today with Michelle. Scheduling was a breeze, the spa has a nice atmosphere, and I felt much more relaxed after having the knots and tension rubbed out of my neck and shoulders. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I thought the room they have you wait in after you change into your robe was weird. My robe fit me just ok (I'm not small, but I'm not plus size either) but it did not cover me well enough for me to be comfortable lounging in a coed space. I get my lashes done here regularly. I've also had the couples massage which were nice. I gave 4 stars because the waiting area could be more accommodating, considering their prices. If they could take out or move just a small section of the sell items and make a section just for us, it would feel more pleasant. I also gave 4 stars simply because they are over priced. If I could give less than a star, I would. Although I have always enjoyed services here in the past, they completely lost my business forever today when they called and canceled an appointment I made over a month ago (almost TWO months ago) for this upcoming Saturday. I have been looking forward to my "mothers day out" treat FOREVER. They tried to reschedule me for another day, but made no effort to reschedule me on the original day I booked, saying it was completely full now. As I am a stay at home mother and can't get away often, and as I had a sitter arranged for the day of my massage, switching dates wasn't an option. The reason they canceled? An employee called in sick (they canceled more than 48 prior to my appointment). It's not my responsibility as the client to deal with "sick" employees (or those who just want a weekend off, which seemed much more plausible).  A GOOD spa would have a contingency plan for these types of events. What if this had been a special couples massage for an anniversary? Or a wedding party getting all relaxed for the big event? Or just a client who needed less stress in her life? (That's me!) I asked to speak to a manager and was told one could call me back...in TWO WEEKS. Wow. A whole new level of crazy. If you go off and leave your business for two weeks, you'd think you would leave it in the hands of someone capable of making business decisions and at least attempting to make a situation right. It was made clear to me that my being inconvenienced wasn't their problem. Never again will I book with this business--my stress levels should be reduced when going to a spa, not tripled! Read Less

Save your time and money, skip this one!  I was given the "Relaxing Getaway" as a gift. I had a day off during the week and decided to schedule it.  While the massage was wonderful, the rest of the day was not.  The body scrub with Vichy shower was not very pleasant and I found myself freezing because the room was cool and the water would not get very warm.  The area to wait for my massage was also cold.  The massage was great. The facial was nothing to write home about.  I found myself waiting for the sales pitch.  Lunch was takeout from Panera which I chose from the selected menu when I the appt was scheduled.  I was then told to take my time with lunch. This was at noon.  After finishing my lunch in another cold room (thankfully they turned the space heater on), I sat there...and sat there...after 45 minutes, I was told that my pedicure was not scheduled for another hour and 15 minutes! I asked to reschedule the pedicure and was told that I would have to pay for the it as they require 48 hours notice of cancellation.  Long story short...my famiy paid $300+ for me to get a great massage and I left more stressed than when I walked in! Ave Bella has a good deal! Eyelashesextension for 200 bucks and the refill following free, howevver, 3 cancellations later for this free refill I am becoming frustrated. I will be going else where to get my refills. However all 3 incidents have been beyond there control. The first cancellation a girl had a stomach virus, the second another girl caught the flue and lastly a power outage in west litte rock. I am out of time so must leave and go elsewhere. I purchased a gift card for my wife and once they were done with her, she walked out thoroughly relaxed, limp as a wet noodle with her face tingling of new life.
