I came with a group of six, for the celebration for a birthday party. Our group had reservations, to ensure that we would all be seen, in a timely manner, and so that we would all get the same treatments of mani/pedis. We were taken back pretty quickly, which was great. Sadly, we were not all treated the same. Some of us received an orange sugar scrub, while others did not. Some got an elongated leg rub, while others were barely touched. We should all have had the exact same... treatment. At the time of check out, we asked for a break down of the bill, because we were slightly surprised with the total. The bill was going to be paid regardless, and we were not arguing, simply looking for insight. The “receptionist” or manager (honestly have no idea of her title), demeanor changed dramatically, and seemed personally offended. My nails look amazing, and the staff and other customers were so much fun. My only complaint is that the store needs to be cleaned. The shelves that sat the nail booths had so much dust, it made me question if the utensils being used were clean. I probably wouldn't go for a pedi, based on the observation. Read Less

Asked to cut my nails down just a little. Cut so far down it’s sensitive. I immediately ended the manicure. Talked to manager and got a “sorry”. Came against my better judgement. I’ll take the blame for this one. Read Less

I've gone here for years but recently the staff has been so cold and rude. I've gotten SNS that has only lasted two days before messing up (should last 2-3 weeks) and go in to get it fixed, no apology and won't talk to me as they fix it, I thank them, ignore me and walk away. I've witnessed them being rude to multiple customers. Not acceptable especially when my $40-$50 manicure isn't lasting 3 days. Read Less

We are from out of town & this is our second visit to Canterbury. We had 6 girls in our group & we were in & out of there in about an hour. The shop is neat & tidy & you really get pampered. They do incredible work & they're super sweet! Read Less

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon! I have been to every nail salon in Little Rock and this one is absolutely the VERY best! I really like this shop, they had several clients and still got me taken care of in a timely manner. The facility and utencils are very clean and the staff is professional and attentive. I usually do my own nails but whenever I want to treat myself this is the only place that makes me feel like they'll do as good of a job as I will. I went there to get a mani and pedi for my baby shower and they let me do something special to match my dress and it came out really pretty. I highly recommend this salon. Read Less

It all depends on who you get. I went in about a month ago (I had Moon) and had the best pedicure of my life. I went again last week for a mani/pedi (I had Andy) and was rushed through. It wasn't relaxing at all. I already need another manicure because he hardly groomed my nails. He did my manicure while I was still sitting in the pedicure chair. He argued with me about my polish color twice. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Don't think I'll be back, and if I do, I'll be sure not to get stuck with the same guy. Read Less
