The service was very friendly, but my manicure and pedicure were of poor quality and did not last. My gel manicure lasted only 8 days when I'm used to them lasting nearly 3 weeks. I've been to this salon twice and both times walked out very unhappy. I was told they could do hombre pink/white nails & had a different tech do my nails after my first subpar experience. The second tech couldn't even do hombre & I asked him to just do regular pink/white & the picture shows how terrible they turned out! I never write reviews but I felt I had to in this case. I felt like my nails was growing so quickly and I chose this salon for a try. During the service, I was treated like as in their family. My tech and I shared everything in our work and life together. When I moved here, I was so lucky in a city full of nail salons it only took two tries to find one I loved. I’ve been here twice and had two different techs. The first time, Linda did my pedicure and shellac manicure and it was flawless and long lasting. Today, I had my nails dipped by Erik. This was only my second time to try that technique. The first time was At Another salon in Little Rock and I hated it. I thought maybe that technique just wasn’t for me but I gave it another shot. Very pleased I did! I was extremely disappointed with my results! I got a shellac mani. My nails actually looked really good so I tipped the guy 20$ and 20$ for the woman that did my moms-but my nails chipped only a few hours after I left the salon. I was evacuated from Irma and I've been staying at a friends house so I'm an hour and half away from the salon  so I waited until the next day to fix them, which they did for free of course, once again I tipped him,only 10$ this time. And again, I woke up the next day and had 2 more chipped! As I said above I jus got to Arkansas so I haven started a job so it's not like I'm doing anything to make them chip, it was just poor quality or maybe the guy just didn know what he was doing? So one more time I decided to get them fixed and if they chipped again after the 3rd time then I was going to make them start over and have someone else do them or just give me a refund, I was already in 70$ for me n moms nails, and 50$ worth of tips!! Well, I woke up that next morning and 4 of my nails were chipped!!! No joke!!! I was extremely upset but as much as I wanted to go raise heck up there I decided to just let it be and go somewhere else, and of course write my thoughts of this place on yelp so people will know before they spend their hard earned money at a place like "luxury nail spa" they should have called it "inferior nail spa" lol-I hate writing bad reviews but I want to let people know what they will get if they go there ! Customer service is HORRIBLE. My first time going my nail tech asked me if I smoked and went on to tell me how he used to cook crack. I decided to give them one last chance since I was in the area and desperately needed a mani/pedi, but when I walked in, no one greeted me or asked what I needed, so I sat down, and the nail techs proceeded to help everyone else, so I just got up and walked out! I came here a few times about 6 months ago and it was great, but now nothing special. Honestly I was surprised at how down hill it had gone. My pedicure was over in 20 min and no-one was waiting. I would have understood if they were busy, but they weren't. On top of that the girl didn't like the color I had chosen and kept trying to talk me out of it...um you're not the one wearing it so stop bad mouthing that color. I stumbed Luxury Nail Spa in Little Rock in a chance. Happy to report that I had a great experience. They offered a drink when you came. The gel coat was perfect and light for both hands at the same time. The staff took their time, did not rush, and made it worth every penny spent. They have reasonable prices for their service. Just had a shellac mani and pedi 3 days ago. It was probably the worst I've had from any nail spa. The shellac was thick, and one nail has already peeled off. The coverage is awful and already looks like I need a refill. Overpriced, overly busy, rushed service, and my nail tech was not friendly. I will never be back here. This is exactly why I don't ever get my nails done. I left the salon across the street bc they didn't have the color I wanted in hopes that this place would have it. They did and the color I picked was perfect. But it looked Nothing like the sample one once it was on. Absolutely nothing like it!!! And the guy's answer for why it looked completely different was "well, it's not my fault." Well I know it's not your fault but that's not a good enough answer as to why the color I picked out looks nothing like this one. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never ever come back here again, that is for sure. He didn't care at all that it was so totally wrong and had absolutely no reason Or solution to the problem. This place was referred to me and I agree with some of the other reviewers. It's all about how fast you can get in and out and getting a few extra bucks. The experience wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. I had an appointment but the place was packed, but we were seated within 5 mins after our appointment time, which was nice, but then we were just sitting there. It was my daughter's first time getting a pedicure and the lady who handled her wasn't friendly at all. (That upset me more than my daughter) She was upset that my daughter just wanted her toes painted and not clipped and groomed. She's a bit young for all that stuff and if she was going to do all that stuff, I'd bring my own stuff. They lady got upset at her for splashing the water outside but to her defense, she's a child and the water was filled to the top. =/ That lady ended up leaving and another lady helped her after 15-20 minutes. The lady who gave her a foot massage and painted her toes was nice. The nail job was just ok. However, Tim the guy who was answering calls and had a headset on was very friendly and nice. One word to describe this place or the job they do is: TERRIBLE! They charge way too much for what they're giving. I've given them a couple changes but I just don't seem to be pleased and honestly, I'm a very easy pleaser. At least when it comes to pedicures. I had to go through the steps with the guy so he can do everything on me. As if I was teaching him how to do pedicures. My toes look like a 5 year old did them. Literally I could have done a better job. Never returning ever again! As soon as we got there they kept telling us to get in the chair without even picking out the color. A lot of pressure to get in and get out. Terrible service. No signs of good customer service and my toes look horrible. Literally had polish on my skin and my toes weren't even covered fully with polish. I have never been this unhappy with a pedicure place. I like to go to nail salons so I can relax and forget about all my other stuff but it seemed to give me a headache to even be there. Will not recommend this place to ANYONE. OMG! so after my horrible experience at amernail.  i wanted once again a full set thin, very short no color just painted on french.. $28 so i thought or whats advertised... i go behind the counter and my nails were boxy short very sharp edges and horrible i asked to get the fixed on how i asked espcially since they advertise they make your nails exactly how you want....right so NOno one understood short square rounded edges after explaining 5 times. so i just left my attitude was so high i couldn't talk or bare trying to help them understand. very nice place.. very expensive $45 for solar and $40 for pedicure. yikes.
