Being prompt means everything to me. This business opens at 11 am and closes at 7 pm and i been sitting in my car for over 25 minutes. So i will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been here in the past and never seen this out of this business before. Step it up! Read Less

I made an appointment for 6 pm. I came in at 6, and was told to wait a minute and they'd begin soaking my shellac off. After about 10 minutes (which was no big deal), someone sat the station up for me to soak my nails. At 7:30 pm, I got up and walked out because I was still sitting there. I am extremely disappointed in the disregard for my time. I would be more understanding, had I not made an appointment, if someone communicated with me that I'd have to wait a while, or if they did so much to even offer me a drink. Customer service is obviously not important to them, so I will gladly take my business elsewhere!! Read Less

Lilly's nails is by far the best nail salon in town! The salon is always clean, the equipment is all new and it's a very classy atmosphere. Lilly is awesome! She can work miracles on feet and hands and Alma is an excellent pedicurist. Although sometimes it's difficult to get in and you may have to wait awhile, but only because they are just that good!
