I recently went there last weekend July 8 , and 2 of the nails broke off 2 days later with me only trying to put my pants on , i went back up there to complain the manager had the same man fix them for free, ok problem solved ( at least I thought ) today 7/15 one week later majority all my nails except the 2 fixed popped off !! Salon looks clean fabulous and they're open on Sundays. My gel nail fill-in was great and the prices was pretty good. I could tell there were a lot of regulars there too. But its downhill from there. The tone the staff can take with customers if very unfriendly if not condescending. My alarm went off in my car while my feet were wrapped in wax. The tech didn't understand me when asked her to see if it was my car or unwrap me so I could check myself. She first tried to get ...me to pay. Now understand the posts about being accused of stealing. (Guess they have a lot of walkouts???) Meanwhile the alarm was screaming. I finally got her to ask the tech in the front if it was a black car with the alarm since he jumped up to see which car when the alarm first went off. They seemed confused and annoyed and finally yelled NO! By then the alarm had stopped. Then she gyped me on the massage and scrub because I got a parafin wax. I was so pissed and disappointed that I left right when she put my flipflops on. Sloppy! I have polish all over my hands but it took so long that I just wanted to get out of there. I had to come back home to Atlanta and completely get them redone. The acrylic and gel just came right off ruining my actual nail. They hurt so bad! Stay away from this place Read Less

I have been knowing Lee sense I was a baby. I have always loved the work. My recommended artist would have to be Lee , Tina, and Tiger. Tina is the only person I allow to wax my eyebrows. She is great the service is great when it's not extremely crowded. I haven't found a better nail salon as far as the art goes. They could work on speed though. Other than that I'll drive from hoover to Fairfield any day. Love these guys. Read Less

My daughter and I went to this nail place last week, and I walked in and said " I only want polish on my feet and my nails done." One of the nail tech said we have a combo which is 33.00 which is full manicure and pedicure. I said okay. Then when it came time to finish service here come the nail tech putting polish on our natural nails. I didn't want this she had a very nasty attitude and she wanted to go back and forth talking about this is what you get. She gave me 10.00 do...llars back my daughter wanted a full set and so did I. If I had known that in the combo you only get polish on your nails with filing, buffing, and a massage, I wouldn't have gotten this mess. It's a waste of money knowing that I paid 15.00 for only polish on my nails. I will not spend my money in no place of business if there are nasty attitudes in a place of business. I was there on yesterday and the place is beautiful.Everyone was extremely pleasant and I felt the staff went overboard to make sure we were comfortable and cater to us. The Service I got was a Super Deluxe Pedicure and it was amazing. She cut my toenails unevenly, leaving both my big toes with a crescent moon effect. Had to tell her to put another coat on to make the color consistent. Had to tell her TWICE to remove the excess polish from the outside of my cuticles where polish isn't supposed to be. Just a messy, messy job. I redid my toes when I got home. We went there while at a reunion and they were real nice to book us together; however, it went downhill from there. The ad said they had drinks - we were expecting wine but nothing offered. The water almost burned my cousin's foot. The person who did my pedi was scrubbing my food with the hard bristled brush and on the heel and ball of my foot - okay, I'm all for that - but he was scrubbing my arch -- TENDER!!!!! -- with that hard brush! I had to tell him to stop! Then h...e started filing my toenails. I kept telling him to be careful and he kept going at my big toenail and I finally jerked my foot away and told him to stop. He looked at my toenail and went, "oh". I got to my hotel room and saw where I had a 1/2" gash across my toe where he was filing it so fast and hard. Base coat, polish.
