Terrible service! I'm not one to write review's, this is actually my very first review but the service was so bad that I needed to do one so maybe it'll help someone else not just throw their money aw...
Terrible service! I'm not one to write review's, this is actually my very first review but the service was so bad that I needed to do one so maybe it'll help someone else not just throw their money away!! My mother & I went to get pedicures done, the man that did hers wasn't friendly at all, he didn't even do what's suppose to be done for a basic pedicure & he didn't even have the whole toe nails painted & when she told him he gave her a nasty look, he did go back over them but still didn't do a good job. They do not have the lights to put your feet under to help the polish dry so we sat there for 30 mins after getting them done & was told it was ok to put our socks & shoes back on so when we got home both of our toe nails were messed up. A waste of $64 completely!!!!! The man that did mine was a little more thorough with things but even he didn't do what usually comes with a basic pedicure. Very disappointed & will never be back!!!! Do not trust them to do a good job!!!!

I put one star because I got a full set on Saturday and I had to wait 2 hours to get them done! when I finally got to the station I asked for a design on Pinterest and she said she could do it.everything was fine until we got to the line down the middle of my middle finger on both hands... ITS OFF CENTER ON BOTH HANDS! also my left index finger noticeably shorter than my right. I don’t recommend asking for designs and I wouldn’t go back tbh

Two months ago, I scheduled an appointment for a manicure for my birthday's friend.
It was a bad experience, the man was in charge of my friend's manicure cut her top of the finger and it starting bleeding. I would never go back again and I am feel sorry for my best friend.

If I could give zero stars I would. It was so hot and had no ventilation that I almost fainted while soaking my acrylics off. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve had more than half of my acrylics (which were not crazy or long) have snapped off, multiple cracked my real nails in half. One nail got ripped completely from the nail bed. I’ve never had a worse manicure. It took 3 hours to get my nails done in the first place and normally acrylics last a month or longer on me, it was like 4 days when the first one popped off. I also work from home and don’t do anything rough with my hands. Will absolutely never go back.

We had a great experience here! We had a bachelorette party of 7. We called 2 days ahead and they gave us an appointment. As soon as we got there we we sat down and they started on us right away. Some of us wanted mani pedis, some just got manicures. Everyone's was happy. Personally I got an awesome and very long massage with my pedi and mani and was so relaxed. Great prices for great services

This is my favorite salon in the state. I haven't been anywhere else since I started going here. It's so relaxing and spacious. The pedicure is seriously the best I've ever had. I saw someone else reviewed saying they didn't have variety, but they have several types of pedicures and manicures. They also do waxing. I've never had a bad experience.

Luckily, I didn't spend my money at all because after standing and Making eye contact with three dumbfounded women, one of them finally decided to not be a mute and greet me, for which she told me that they didn't offer the service that I needed. SO, in addition to being rudely approached, they don't have a wide array of things to offer anyway. Take your business elsewhere, you'll thank me later.

If you have "Walk-Ins Welcome" on your front door, you should be able to accommodate walk-ins. I'm visiting here from out of state, and came in because I didn't have time to go to my regular salon bef...
If you have "Walk-Ins Welcome" on your front door, you should be able to accommodate walk-ins. I'm visiting here from out of state, and came in because I didn't have time to go to my regular salon before leaving home. I always get colored acrylic on my nails because even gel polish doesn't last on my nails. This place doesn't do colored acrylic so the technician proceeded to remove all the acrylic from my natural nail -- complaining the entire time -- only to tell me she couldn't finish my nails for at least another hour and a half because she has an appointment customer at 1:00. So....I'm leaving here with no acrylic on my nails, hoping I don't break one before I can get to another salon to have them finished. I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon.

The only reason I put 1 star is because I had to so I could write a review. I'm doing this to warn others. I got gel nails done a week ago and they are coming up and breaking off. I've never had this happen before. I have been getting gel nails for years and they always last 3-4 weeks. I have jot been rough on my nails at all. I went in to have them fixed and the owners laughed in my face, made fun of me, and refused to fix them or give a refund. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never ever go back. Waste of time and money.

I had the most fabulous set of nails put on last night!!! Angela did an amazing job and that's saying a lot when you have bad nails like mine. She went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked beautiful!! I never want to go to anyone else EVER... I have been in Little Rock for three months and wish to goodness I hadn't wasted so much time with other nail salons that couldn't possibly do anywhere near the wonderful job I got at Heights Spa and Nail Salon. The people here are meticulous. I witnessed a woman getting a gel manicure and one of the technicians thought that it wasn't shiny enough-- the woman protested and said it looked great, but they proceeded to give her a gift card and didn't charge her for the manicure. The salon is always clean, the tools sanitized and placed in bags for every new customer, and the nail technicians know the newest colors and what will work for your skin tone. The owner and his wife Kay are really kind, and all of the staff is friendly. I won't go anywhere else in LR!

Terrible service! I'm not one to write review's, this is actually my very first review but the service was so bad that I needed to do one so maybe it'll help someone else not just throw their money away!! My mother & I went to get pedicures done, the man that did hers wasn't friendly at all, he didn't even do what's suppose to be done for a basic pedicure & he didn't even have the whole toe nails painted & when she told him he gave her a nasty look, he did go back over them but still didn't do a good job. If I could give zero stars I would. It was so hot and had no ventilation that I almost fainted while soaking my acrylics off. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve had more than half of my acrylics (which were not crazy or long) have snapped off, multiple cracked my real nails in half. This is my favorite salon in the state. I haven't been anywhere else since I started going here. It's so relaxing and spacious. The pedicure is seriously the best I've ever had. The people here are meticulous. I witnessed a woman getting a gel manicure and one of the technicians thought that it wasn't shiny enough-- the woman protested and said it looked great, but they proceeded to give her a gift card and didn't charge her for the manicure. The salon is always clean, the tools sanitized and placed in bags for every new customer, and the nail technicians know the newest colors and what will work for your skin tone. The owner and his wife Kay are really kind, and all of the staff is friendly. I won't go anywhere else in LR!
