I went to get my nails done Sunday December 24th, I spent over 50 dollars. When I left I noticed the gel polish bubbling up. They had closed so I couldnt go back. Two of my nails were broken by Tuesday. I was not doing anything extra to make them break. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. 3 more nails have broken and I can see where the nail cracked where my nail starts. I’m just upset because it’s just a waste ! Don’t go here!!! I've been a regular customer here for about two years now. My nails (dip) were only a few days old and two of them popped off. I went back this morning and they repaired them and before I returned home another one popped off. I called and they made up every excuse in the book. It could be anything that's causing them to pop then he went on to say I just repaired two for free. My response....you should have. I just paid you $45 a few days ago and they're popping off already. Keep in mind they usually last me 3 weeks without a one popping off. I just went on to say this is ridiculous and that I'll find me somewhere else to go. He stated that I was rude and I didn't have to come back and hung the phone lol. I had been going here for over a year.I use to love this place. I went during memorial day weekend to get my nails done. I left and an hour later my nails had bubbles in them and it started chipping. I came back the next day to get it fixed and they told me not to pick that same color. I told them that I wanted my nails and feet the same color and they wanted to charge me $12 extra after I had paid for the service the day before. Worst French Manicure that I've ever had in my entire life! Very very sloppy work and the female tech made one of my fingers bleed. She did not clean her instruments properly. No proper hand massage. She was more concerned about helping her kids with homework and talking with her husband instead of focusing on doing a good job. I'm going to another shop to have my nails redone now! I am a regular customer at Classy Nails & my last visit was horrible. Two of my fingers were cut with the drill and I didn't notice it until about 30 mins after I left the salon because my finger started to burn really bad. I called the salon to see if I could get a refund, money off for my next visit, SOMETHING! Anything would've been okay but instead they only refunded me half of my money back. The guy also came out with glue. He was going to put them on my cuts! Crazy, I know right! As I was walking out of the salon I told them that I wouldn't be back & I heard one of the workers say "yeah, don't come back". I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN CLASSY NAILS AGAIN! Read Less

Do not visit these people!!! I went in for a pedicure/manicure and had my eyebrows waxed. The pedicure was marginal. The manicure was fair but when she waxed my eyebrows she burned my eyelid so bad that it looked like a chemical burn. I called her after three days when it should have been healed but was not even close, and all she said was sorry. No offer of a refund, free service nothing. No attempt to compensate me for the burns I had on my face for more than a week. I will never go back and I will never recommend their services to anyone. HATED IT. I had the worst experience. I came in for a pedicure and manicure, I had gel nails and needed to have them soaked off, instead of soaking them in acetone, the husband/wife couple attempted to remove my acrylic nails by sliding nail tips in the corners of my nails to pop them off. Needless to say this procedure caused them to damage my natural nail and removed all length from them. Two of my fingers began to bleed because of that, and now I have nubs that are sore and very thin. The pedicure by 'Q' was nice, but I will never return. & they charged me full price, although the manicure was the PITS, and told me that they wouldn't charge me for the nail removal. O_o ?!?! Consumers BEWARE, they use coupons & newspaper ads to get you in, but in the end IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Read Less
