This was the very first place I started to get my eyebrows threaded. ALWAYS loved the end results of my eyebrows. Never had issues getting in and out in about 10 minutes. I drive about an hour just to get them done. Within the past few months that I have been trying to go, the shop is ALWAYS closed. No explanation on the door. No time for a return. I tried calling the number that is STILL posted outside, but is disconnected. I just wish they would at least provide an accurate phone number to reach at. PLEASE CALL BEFORE THE TRIP. I went to get my brows threaded and tinted and it was perfect as usual but I decided to expand my Verizon and their lashes, the absolute worst experience ever, glued my eyes shut, got glue in my eyes, then she had to keep putting glue on it so I had to snatch the lashes off while I was in the chair, and to top it off I still had to pay for them. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the shop being completely empty, except for the lady behind the desk with her feet up filing her nails. She automatically asked "how can I help you?" I was looking at the list of services they offered. Before I could open my mouth to speak, she rushes to tell me she doesn't have time for me, she doesn't have time to do my nails, she has someone coming in a few minutes. Ooook... never going back. The best nail salon in town. Very clean & very professional. She usually goes by appointments only. When you arrive there you don't have to wait, she's putting you right in the chair. Should not be in business!! I have been to this nail salon twice for services and was refused both times (was told they were too busy) but there were 3 nail techs and only 1 was working on a client. No one else in the salon, completely empty. The owner is rude and I am told that if you are not an 'established customer' then they will not service you. I will never go back there again!!Read Less

I gave this brow bar a shot once before and was slightly disappointed at how thin my eyebrows were. Against my better judgment, went back again, and thought I was covering my tracks by explaining how I DID NOT want my eye brows thin or arched. (I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years so I know it's possible.) But to my dismay, the same lady (I know, I should have just left) was the only tech present. Again, my eyebrows are much thinner than I would have liked, but this time it's more upsetting because I had been growing them out for months, hoping to make them thicken up again. That was my fault that I even came back, but once I explained how I did not want them thin, I feel like she should have told me that she didn't have the capability or skills to not arch them.
