Visited my girlfriend for her graduation from Chicago and decided to get our manicure and pedicures the day before, 12/14/17. Place was very busy but we were accommodated pretty quickly. Nail tech my girlfriend had was not in the best mood. I believe the workers are tired as it is non-stop but it shouldn't show in their faces as they are tending to customers. Also, we both got a regular manicure and pedicure which is listed at $45. We both were charged $48 each. Didn't notice until that evening and just let it go. Extremely overpriced for a regular manicure and pedicure. Have to find another location for my friend to go who lives there.

I went to Fashion Nails for years, and always loved my results. However, that past couple of times I've been it's been horrible and not worth the money. I recently had the dip polish and my nails already had dip on them. I told them it was my first time having the nails dipped, so I wasn't sure what to expect for removal. The place I had the dip performed was amazing and the girl told me it is not damaging to nails like gel is. While I was with the other place their clients just soaked the dip polish off--they did not file at all to remove this other lady's dip polish. So that is what I expected at Fashion Nail---I was wrong!!! The electric nail file was used to take the top layer off, then I soaked. The electric nail file was painful during some parts under my nail bed. My nails soaked to 5 min, then they used the electric nail file to finish getting powder off. Once that was done, they said it didn't look like I needed a manicure and I said no, just a few nails need to be trimmed down, and I was told they would do that later. They proceeded to use the electric nail file again to file the top, and edges of my nail end and cuticles. I sustained several cuts from this and informed them and they continued on. I really should have walked out at this point, but I had never experienced this before so I was uncertain what to do. After filing they had me wash my hands and started the dipping process. After the dipping process, they proceeded to trim my nails down with the electric nail file!!! Which in my thoughts destroys the tip of the nail coating. At the end of it, I was still charge full price and my fingers and nails hurt to touch for the next 24 hours. I will never, never, never, go back and will never recommend them again.

I went to this nail salon Friday, May 26, 2017. Two days ago. I got a pedicure and a full set. I paid for the deluxe pedicure, there was nothing deluxe about it. The lady that did my toes and nails, was Diann. She seemed like a sweet lady, but I feel like there was a language barrier. When she got to doing my nails, I was telling her what I wanted and she kept saying that I was "picky". She misshaped my nails, and messed up the color and when I asked her to fix it, she complained that I was "picky". She ended up cutting two of my fingers when she was doing my cuticles. And then poured some solution that she said was "oil" AFTER I complained about my fingers hurting. It was not oil! It made it worse. My fingers look horrible. My two fingers have an infection because of her! My toes do no look like I just got them done 2 days ago. She didn't even have the courtesy to be contrite and apologize, or even offer a discount! I was still charged full price for some horrible looking nails and toes that look like a child painted them! I will NEVER go back to FASHION NAILS on Cantrell! And I will be advising every one I know, to do the same.

I went in for a pedicure and manicure. I got gel polish. My nails looked like I painted them myself. Also she rushed through my manicure and I saw several technicians not properly sanitize tools after work. I won't be going back. If you go avoid Tiffany. She is horrible.

My girlfriend and I decided to take a road trip cross country from NY to LA. After ending on the road for 4 days straight, we really needed to feel like ladies again. So when we stopped in Little Rock, we immediately searched for a nail salon- it was time for a mani/pedi! I'm from LA and let me tell you....this was one of the best quality nail salons I have ever been to! And the customer service was great. Do not skip out on the hands and feet massage- OMG it was amazing. Thanks Lin and Fashion Nails!!!!!

Great service very nice people however if you want anything other than the basics I wouldn't go here. They did great on my acrylic nails but I asked for a design on my toenail and it looks like my 6 year old did it. I would go back if I just wanted the normal but not for any sort of designs.

Visited my girlfriend for her graduation from Chicago and decided to get our manicure and pedicures the day before, 12/14/17. Place was very busy but we were accommodated pretty quickly. Nail tech my girlfriend had was not in the best mood. I believe the workers are tired as it is non-stop but it shouldn't show in their faces as they are tending to customers.
