I had a great time there until I asked to get my eyebrows done and Sophie dropped the wax in my hair not once, but twice & at that time I had just got my hair done! And I am a black women, I can’t just get my hair wet & be okay . My hair had just got straightened & she was putting some lotion in my hair that I didn’t tell her too. So then she “gets it all out” and I’m all ready to pay & I say so do I get some type of discount since you dropped the hot wax in my hair twice ? And she says no. My friend and I came in without an appointment in the late morning and received immediate and friendly service. There were several employees without clients so we had the privilege of having our manis and pedis done at the same time. The technicians were quick, gentle, and thorough. Our nails turned out great and we were barely there for a half an hour, including massage and paraffin treatment. Price was reasonable and the place was clean and modern. Bar none, the best mani/pedi in Little Rock. My friend has been trying to get me here for quite some time, but I was so disappointed with all of the other nail salons in Little Rock I didn't see the point in going to get another mediocre shellac manicure. I was so pleasantly surprised by this salon! The atmosphere is relaxing with clean lines and decor. They have an impressive selection of OPI gel, Essie Gel, and regular polishes. The pedicure chairs are to die for-- big, comfortable leather massage chairs with pretty iridescent rainbow pedi bowls. They use liners in all the bowls and only use tools that have been sealed and sanitized by the autoclave. Now to the actual mani/pedi. I was so happy when I realized that Kim and Vivienne would be doing my manicure and pedicure simultaneously (I hate when I get my pedicure done first and then have to spend another hour sitting at the nail tech's manicure station). The pedicure (done by Vivienne) was wonderful. The basic pedicure included this citrusy sugar scrub and the massage was long relaxing. She paid great attention to detail and was very sweet/kind, keeping up casual conversation. Kim did my gel manicure and also took her time making sure the gel didn't touch my cuticles and that the color came out nice and smooth; perfect. At the end of the manicure, Kim put my hands in a paraffin wax dip that left my hands feeling SO soft. From here on out, I will refuse to go anywhere else. Not terribly cheap, so I was hoping the quality would be top notch!The pedicure was great, really thorough and relaxing with a good calf massage from the technician and those remote control massage chairs. The manicure was a let-down, the polish was painted a bit unevenly and it's already chipping on day 5. Save your dough for the pedicure. Ambiance is nice for a girls day out. The space is big and you can usually get chairs next to each other with an appointment. For the price though, 3 stars is all I can muster. Read Less
