I booked an appointment with Jennifer for a Saturday evening. I was then texted about 45 mins prior to my appointment advising me not to come because she didn't have the lashes yet. Since I was already in the area I stopped by and she stated she would see if she could do a set with what she had. I specifically told her the length I was comfortable with, however I received lashes that were twice the length. Also, there was so much glue that my eyes were irritated. Unless you want to have to pay another lash tech to fix it...steer clear!

I took my son for a haircut with Jennifer. In spite of asking her not to, she used a buzz cut. This is the worst haircut my son ever had. She claims that this is a high end place but the clientele and staff definitely are very low end! I warrant caution believing their capabilities! We will never go there again!

The most horrible place I’ve ever been too. Worst haircut ever! There was NO customer service. Kids running around everywhere and more people taking selfies instead of working! I called back and they wouldn’t even look at it to fix or give me my money back! I had to leave message after message and finally, got a call back to no avail because they refused to fix their butchering!!! Highly recommend NEVER going into there again. Luckily, it was just a haircut and not lash things. Cause it was dirty in there!

The salon is so chic, clean, and relaxing!! I have not had a chance to take advantage of their other services which are offered in these little super lush, cozy nooks throughout the building, but all the other clients seem to enjoy them as well! Check them out! You won't be disappointed!

Horrible place of business. Zero respect from employees and their children who run around like its a daycare. The floor was filthy. Wax had sticks in it. The bathroom trash was overflowing. The toilet...
Horrible place of business. Zero respect from employees and their children who run around like its a daycare. The floor was filthy. Wax had sticks in it. The bathroom trash was overflowing. The toilet was disgusting. Cant imagine how they live at home. Saw police escort 2 employees out which seemed very sweet and were with clients!! Unnecessary drama. Pure trash at Its finest.

I booked an appointment with Jennifer for a Saturday evening. I was then texted about 45 mins prior to my appointment advising me not to come because she didn't have the lashes yet. I took my son for a haircut with Jennifer. In spite of asking her not to, she used a buzz cut. This is the worst haircut my son ever had. The most horrible place I’ve ever been too. Worst haircut ever! There was NO customer service. Kids running around everywhere and more people taking selfies instead of working! I called back and they wouldn’t even look at it to fix or give me my money back! I had to leave message after message and finally, got a call back to no avail because they refused to fix their butchering!!! Highly recommend NEVER going into there again.
