Horrible, horrible!! Went three times in the past and always have to return with a broken nail, chipped polish. Same with my daughter. First off very rude staff but a few. This is my latest experience as I thought I would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE!! So last Thursday I go in for a fill with gel, and a toe nail polish change. I have no idea what his name is but he’s terrible. It took him 2 1/2 hours to do my nails. And they looked awful. I was FURIOUS! So he says to me I don’t know why it’s taking me so long you’re the first one that this has happened to. My reply, well I don’t know why either as I have a fill to be done, that’s all, nothing special. So the one woman Kim gets all mad at me and says you come back next week and Kimberly will do them for free. Oh and she took $10.00 off, so instead of $50 it was $40. Fast forward to today- so I go back to get my nails totally redone by Kimberly, which came out beautiful as the gel polish literally was peeling off prior! So that tech was there and he was so rude to me. Starts raising his voice in front of everyone that I don’t like anyone to do my nails! NOT TRUE! Then he goes on to say that he almost got fired but they didn’t tell the boss that he did a bad job!! So, he says to me as he’s yelling that it was his second day EVER doing nails! And he would get up during doing my nails to take personal calls and walk outside and literally spit in the trash can!! Hmmmm when he told me last week that I was his first customer that he has taken this long on. Never mentioned he’s only been doing nails for 2 days! Deluxe nothin. I went to get a pedi with a friend and my nail tech seemed to be watching TV on his phone when he came over. Took me and my friend a few to put it together but he was on face time using Bluetooth to have his personal call... For my entire lack luster experience. The only time he noticed me was when I'd say "Ow" when he'd cut my cuticle to close. My foot rub included him my shins only... Needles to say for the first time ever I didn't tip and will never be going back. Read Less

Love this place! If you want Nexgen nails, make an appointment with Nathan. Otherwise, any technician is good. Clean and prompt. Best place in Little Rock. Violet, even though they take walk ins, a lot of the regular customers make appointments; so I'm guessing that's what you were seeing. I go there regularly and see many African American clients. Busy on a Saturday. I walked in and waiting over an hour for a mani pedi. I was sitting next to a lady who arrived early for her appointment and wasn't seen until 40 minutes later. People were walking out. The woman put the wrong color on my toes and it wasn't shellac like I asked for ( although she insisted she had the right color) When I pointed out her mistake, she was apologetic and sloppily redid my toes. I got shellac French tips on my fingers and she rushed through them in an effort to accommodate the other clients leaving my manicure uneven and messy. This place is terrible. Typical nail salon in all of the wrong ways, staff was inattentive, staff was boarder-line rude to me when I asked that the pedicure chair be sanitized before I used it. Very quick, no attention to detail. A child could have done a FAR better job on my feet. I ended up not getting my acrylic nails filled because I was so put off by my pedicure experience. So SAD!!! I really liked this place initially because it was close to my apt. Last night I went in & was waited in by Alex<--avoid him! I couldn't relax because he spent the whole time trying to pressure me to get a deluxe pedi +shellak(sp?). I told him "no, I wanted the basic pedi/mani". Finally he asked the female owner if I could get the reduced fee for shellak and she agreed. I agreed to the $8 increase which was a good deal. At the end, he asked forA tip which was Extremely rude! He did a poor job on my pedi but I loved my nails. (thumbs down for customer service) he repeatedly hounded me about increasing my package spa for his commission. Do not go here if you are looking for courteousy and professionalism. I took my mother for a spa day and she said she never wanted to go back again. She wanted her nails done but they ignored her as she sat for 15 minutes at the fingernail table while everyone continued working on new customers pedicures.My experience was not great either. My manicurist was rude when I requested a certain procedure be done during my pedicure. This was the fastest pedicure I ever had. My friend experienced the same rudeness.
