I took my friend as a treat to Chic Nails to get a full set done and the service was very disapproving. She asked for the mood change polish which has not changed since she has gotten them done. Her mood has change, but that nail polish hasn’t. The nail technician that rendered the service was so focused on the front door that she WAS NOT paying attention to her customer and the work she was suppose to be doing. The nail tech did a half-assed job and her (my friend) nails were not dry entirely after she was done. We went back to let them know of the poor service that was given and all she did was but another clear coat on top to make it look shiny.....I do not recommend anyone going here unless u like half assed service. Beautiful place.. nice decor. Came here with my mom, had an appointment. Upon arriving they acted like they were going to start my nails; filed down to prepare for my fill in. Then, the technician got up and went to service other customers . After about 30 minutes, a nice girl did my fill. Still no one did my moms nails. There were all sorts of people walking in, and they were all serviced immediately but my mom was ignored. She ended up leaving with no service and just an empty apology. I don't know why she had to wait an hour when there were other people being serviced. As for nails they did a great job but pricing is overpriced. $105 for full set and pedicure. I got the ombré nails and a $40 pedicure. I'm not from here so maybe it's just a price shock. In houston I pay $75 for the same service. My nails were also short, as short as you can possibly get them. Besides price, they were very nice and did an overall good job. I used to love going to Chic Nails but now it's terrible. I don't know if it has to do with the remodeling or with the new nail techs, but they're customer service sucks now. I needed a pedicure, shellac manicure, & an eyebrow wax. After waiting a few minutes (which is fine), someone sat me in the pedicure chair to get my pedicure started. After about 10 minutes, the water was cold, so I asked someone walking by if she could put some hot water in the bowl. Her response, "It will be a few min. You can ask the person who will be doing your pedicure." Omg. So I responded, "So you're telling me I have to soak my feet in cold water until someone comes to do my pedicure?" So of course THEN she decides to turn on the hot water for me. 30 minutes roll on by & no one had still even started on me. Sitting in a pedicure chair with my feet soaking in cold water for 30 minutes is ridiculous. I was there for a total of 45 minutes & no one even offered to soak my nails to get my old shellac taken off, wax my eyebrows, turn on the massage chair, or anything. I decided to leave & told Lany I would come back another day.. but I'm never going back to Chic Nails. The last time I was there, the nail tech talked to the person next to her the entire time, not paying attention to what she was doing to my nails. It always seems like they're rushing through everything instead of actually trying to take care of the customer & the customer's nails. Isn't that what I'm paying for? Clearly this business prefers quantity over quality. Learn how to say no to those walking in the doors when you're already overflowing with customers, so you can give at least decent service. Went there for the first time last week, but never again. The place was beautiful and classy, but the staff was rude. I enjoyed the pedicure, but after I left I notice several places they missed. I repainted them when I got home. I had shellac on my nails and had the same results. The lady I believed a manager, rushed through the whole process. She was constantly talking to other people and wasn't even looking at my nails half the time. She missed several places, and when I tried to show her she told me I was done. I had read the reviews, & decided to try this place. First, the foot rest of the chair was broken. You get a choice of Spanish, Thai or no talking at all. The first young lady did my pedicure so badly (she was on the phone for 10 minutes), someone had to redo it. On top of that, it hurt! I thought they did a really great job on my acrylic nails- and I'm a nail snob. I went to the same girl for about 10 years and when I moved here I didn't have anyone I knew that was good. The pedicure was not as relaxing as I would have liked. I've had surgery on my feet making them very sensitive so I can't stand anyone digging around on the sides of my toenails. The man doing it cut me a few times around my nails,  which makes me crazy paranoid. I would say that was the only negative was being cut with the cuticle clippers a few times, and I feel like that happens to me most places I go. It was pricy as well, I paid more for my nails and toes there than I ever did in Dallas or Austin. They did a good job and the acrylics didn't lift at all, they were a bit think but because of the shape I think the thickness prevented me from breaking one. The salon is very clean and beautiful, the man at the front desk was very nice and the atmosphere is nice; however,I am very disappointed in my nails , the male nail tech did not completely paint my nails and the shape is odd. The foundation of the nail is very strong but the end product was not what I was excepting. I got here before the salon opened. Two out of the 15+ people were nice meaning the others WERE RUDE! Every single person that came in after me was in the chair before me. Had I known I needed to be a white woman getting a pedicure I probably would have worn my blonde wig. No one knew how to do French Ombré which was strange bc I saw it completed on their instagram page. Hence the only reason why I came. I love my nails I posted a pic they turned out pretty close to my wish pic. I really wanted the shattered glass look on two of my nails but they just did the "push and pull" technique with the foil instead of cutting up the foil. Also on my four loose glitter nails I wish they woulda painted underneath first bc you can see thru em. They feel really thin too like they could break really easy so I'm trying to be careful with them. The guy really took his time doing em he trimmed the sides perfect so they don't look so fake, the surface is perfect and not wavy lol and he cleaned up underneath too so there's not just chunks of acrylic back there. I hate when places forget that. The price is a little to high for me it was 72$ I personally think 60$ would have been fair. But oh well, just my honest opinion. Getting a pedicure early in the morning is easy. I came to get one nail fixed and I waited almost two hours. They say they take walk ins but they put appointments first. Definitely not my favorite. Went in with a friend and didn't even get to sit together. My friends nail tech was very rough while working on her cuticles. She mentioned several times she was being too rough and nothing changed. They also use the cheese grater looking object on your skin, which is a major health concern. I have mixed reviews about this nail salon. The decor is beautiful and the vibe is nice but I've had a couple average experiences compared to one great one. I come in for a color change on my nails only..... a service that only takes about 10 minutes max took over an hour. I was informed that in order to use a debit card you have to spend at least $10 ok that's cool but the past few times I've been no one has told me this. I decide to get a design to help bring my total up. The girl who did my nails while she was very sweet just mad the experience mediocre. She says she's never done designs on regular nail polish only shellac I'm like ookkkk it's not like shellac has been around forever. So she does the design yet despite being nervous and it looks pretty good to me. Ok this is where things get frustrating she has me go ahead and sit under the UV light to fru my design. idk why she couldnt have just followed up directly with the top coat..... so I now have to wait another 20 minutes for her to finish shellac for another guest when I could've already left the salon by now plus sit back under the UV light to dry with the top coat. The customer service is awesome here! They make you feel very welcomed. I have been coming to get my gel manicures and pedicures for 2 months and to this day, I have not been dissapointed. They are rather expensive for service. I got a regular pedicure ($30) and a gel manicure ($35) for a total of $65! I live in Atlanta and I pay $55 for both of those services. $45 in some places. So that was extremely high. My pedicure was ok, I think I just chose the wrong color. She did good with cleaning my cuticles. My gel manicure is perfect however she did nick me while cleaning my cuticles. But my mani looks flawless and perfect. I don't think I would return here again unless this is normal little rock prices. Read Less

Worst place. Waiting time was said to be 10 mins, I had to wait an hour. Their pedicure stations don't have a plastic cover which grosses me out because I don't trust people when it comes to cleaning. I'd prefer disposable covers that are changed after every customer. They kept saying 10 mins-10 mins but I literally had to wait for way too long. And I wouldn't mind waiting if they didn't lie to me. I was on a time limit so that's what made me really mad. I wish they were more hygienic as well. Their tools were out in the open too and weren't washed after every customer so I'm sorry that I don't want any fungus infections on my toes. I've been a regular at this salon for the past 3 years and I'm currently seeking a new nail salon. The salon owners work is amazing but they will try to pawn you off to other nail techs if someone they prefer walks in. After being a client here for a long period of time And tipping well I would expect better treatment but they obviously don't believe in keeping regulars happy. The only person I would recommend seeing is Marvin, he has a great attitude and treats everyone he comes into contact with in a very positive manner. I guess it is ok to have favorites but I wouldn't let other customers ever feel neglected or like their business doesn't count. Read Less

Rather disappointed!  Had an appointment today @ 11, the owner she started out working on my nails, then when another lady came in she passed me along as if I was not important enough for her to do my nails. Clearly, the owner is upset about her agreement with Daily Deal. I presented my coupon which I bought from Daily Deal and heard all about her regret with the company (after she stared work on my nails -- awkward). She is pretty smooth and talked me into the shellac treatment (to make something off of this customer after all). Listening to her tirade was no fun, but the pedicure sure was. I would go back and ask for a pedi by Tommy any day-- amazing! She up-charged me $20 at the end for the shellac, which should have been cleared on the front end. I was in here 3 weeks ago and my nails and toe nails still look amazing, I still get a lot compliments. Lany and Jason are great great at what they do and very helpful and friendly.You walk into a nice , clean, yet relaxing spa. The atmostsphere is amazing!the tools used are always sterilized in " AUTOCLAVE " which I've never seen anywhere else.Don't forget to try their Best Spa Pedicure!
