I took my daughter here for her birthday and we both got pedicures and manicures. This is a very spacious Shop with a lot of color opportunity. The service was great! If I was to give one critique it would be that I'm new to the shellac world and was very interested in the chrome color that the nail tech had on and I don't feel like she could articulate and explain to me how she did it but was quick to let me know it would be like 45 or $50. Well I guess my lady was in a hurry to leave? She filed my nails, "massaged" my legs by aggressively rubbing my legs up & down for a min then was finished painting my nails in under 20 min. I came in on my lunch break one day and I wanted both a mani and a pedi. I called ahead to see if they could do them at the same time so I could get back to work. They were so nice and accommodating! It has a nice atmosphere and I've never had to wait to be taken care of. They do a really nice job, it's comfortable and even the basic pedicure feels pampering. I would definitely recommend! This was my first time here. The salon is very beautiful! Equipment was handled well and the bowls had disposable bags in them for infection control. The girl who gave me my pedi, however, acted as though she was in the biggest hurry of her life. The "massage" was painful, she basically rubbed her hands up and down my legs at warp speed, and then repeatedly punched  (I am not kidding) them in the process. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Pretty good spot to get your nails done last minute.  We had little to no wait time and just walked right in.  Friendly staff with pretty standard pricing when it comes to a full set and gel polish.  I had a great technician who had been working there for years.  Very kid friendly and they'll allow you to sit in the massage chair while you're waiting for your turn. What a wonderful place! First, I went in for a pedicure at 4 PM on a rainy Sunday afternoon. There was a bit of a wait, but I was not in a hurry and it didn't bother me at all. Even so, everyone was apologetic and checking in on me numerous times as I waited. The pedicure itself was wonderful. They took such good care of me, from the soaking to the leg massage to the nails. Always interested in a spot I can walk in on a Friday afternoon with no appt. Clean space, friendly staff, nice relaxing music. They brought me an ice water, which was nice on a hot day! There are some parts  of my experience at this salon that I liked, and some that weren't that great.  It was mostly relaxing, despite a terrible, impossible-to-tune-out '70's loop playing while I was there. The woman doing my pedicure was very pleasant, but not very communicative.  I like someone who at least makes sure the service he/she is providing is comfortable!!! They have the best assortment of OPI colors and my pedicures grow out long before anything happens to them. Prices are fair and the ladies are sweet and gentle. Everywhere else I've gone has paled in comparison. I suggest calling ahead as they can get busy! Read Less

I just got my nails filled at this place. First she burned me with the instrument and when I said something she blamed it on my nails being sensitive. I told her it was my skin that she hurt and she apologized. She left my nails entirely too thick. There is junk all underneath them. My hands are a mess from all the product she used on me. I have never had my nails done and look so bad. I tried this place because I just moved to Little Rock. I will not go back and I will make sure none of my friends go here. I'm in town for work and needed a no chip manicure and a basic pedicure. This salon completely outdid my expectations! It's a mother-daughter duo and you can tell that they both know what they're doing. It was completely professional, very clean, they offered me water, soda, beer or wine immediately, they were attentive and friendly - customers came in while I was getting my pedicure and each one was greeted by the daughter with a friendly hello and they all seemed to be regulars - if not, she sure did a great job of treating them like they were. The mother did my pedicure and it may have been the best pedicure I've ever had. Her massage was insane - I think I died and went to heaven. I made an appointment for my friend and myself. They were really busy when we arrived for for out appointment so we had to wait about 30 mins. For that I took away one star. We both got the deluxe mani pedi and it was amazing! For that, I would go back. They don't serve wine but they will let you bring in your own wine and that's really nice! Overall great experience. Great place to get a mani pedi or waxing.  Au (Ali) and her mom are the best in town for manicures and pedicures.  Ali is great for waxing.  It's a great & relaxing environment.  My husband is very comfortable getting pedicures here. Read Less
