I showed up at their door needing help after a very bad cut somewhere else. Even though they ended up being closed, Julie opened the door and took me in and gave me a great trim; understanding the needs specific to thick, curly/frizzy hair. Tiffany's Salon and Spa was a great find for me. I was welcomed both via telephone when I called to ask about my options and then again when I entered the day of my appointment. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere and the staff was just delightful. I made very clear my desires for service and was pleasantly surprised how accommodating and attentive Derinda was throughout the entire visit. I know it is something simple but she didn't even look at her cell phone during my visit, spent the entire time either working on my hair or talking with me. I have not received that kind of service at a salon in years. I found a salon home in Tiffany's and highly recommend it for any hair care or nail care services. My hair looks amazing too! Read Less
