I've never been so rudely treated at a salon! I had dipping powder on my nails specifically so that no grinding is done to remove it, however, the nail tech here didn't want to wait the required time for the polish to soak off and when I asked that she not use the grinder she told her manager (not in English) that she was going shopping and walked out without saying anything to me. I was handed off to another nail tech. I told them that what she did was very rude and I was going somewhere else to get my nails done. They didn't even finish taking off my old polish even though I told them I'd pay for it; the manager told me the other place I go to can finish taking off my old polish! I even had to ask where their sink was, to wash off the acetone; they wouldn't do that either. I will never go back! No wonder there were no other customers. A week ago Saturday my husband got a maincure and pedicure there and the gentleman cut a cuticle too close.  It got sore and turned red and now his is on antibiotics for a staff infection on finger.  Nurse in the doctor's office says this is not the first incident lately.  Will ask for a e\refund.
