Absolutely lovely. Called 5 mins before and asked if busy. He said come on in. And they were very busy when i came in. He immediatley brought me back and started. And it was absolutely lovely. Best nail experience ever.

I have been going to elegant nails for approximately 6 months. Maybe 9 months. Previously I have used Unique Nails I have used Davinci Nails Hawaii Nails and Fancy Nails. They all offer complimentary beverages they all are friendly at first and they all offer a similar variety of services. Each place is a little unique. I go every Saturday for a pedicure and occasionally for a manicure I am a 37 year old male my father also goes as do other men. Elegant Nails has two TV screens to be viewed from either the pedicure booths or the nail manicure benches. They usually have something to watch for everybody it is a family-run business but not family-owned to my understanding. The family all work well with each other the owner also owns Fancy Nails in Dogwood Plaza. But this family is why you should go to elegant nail salon. You'll get a nice friendly introduction by name every single time from Jack at the very front to his entire family throughout the entire process. If something is wrong all one needs to do is say something and they will fix it. My mother plays the piano and cannot have her nails done specific ways or it interferes with her playing the piano correctly I believe she likes dipping but I could be mistaken that could be the opposite either way she also loves them because they are the only place that does a great job on her nails without her regretting her decision. Their equipment is top-notch the massage chairs for the pedicures or very strong and forceful unlike Unique Nails. And they will go out of their way and stay as late as they need to to make sure that you are taken care of. Of the 20 + salons in a 2 mi radius of the Central Avenue bypass Exchange these guys are by far the best and by far my favorite they are located right in front of Sam's between Panda's restaurant and Slim Chickens. There is Wi-Fi available as I like to put on my headphones and watch movies and again they will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. If I could give them 10 Stars they would get 10 Stars and I don't do that very often

If i could give zero stars i would. I tried this salon a few times after my normal one of several years closed. There is one lady in this store who ruined it for everyone. Youll know which one too because she walks around with a stick up her ass. Not sure if shes part owner. I walked in nov 8 just after 5 pm. There was one other customer there being helped. This lady in question was asked to give me a fill after i already waited 15 minutes. She was terribly rude to me refusing to do so. I guess she was waiting on a third co worker to come back for him to help me. It was apparent i interupted her playing on her cell phone. She humiliated me infront of the other customer, spoke to her other co worker in vietnamese obviously about me and didnt care that i decided to leave telling me to go right ahead. I will never go back there. I previously had overheard this same lady talking terrible about her own daughter - that shouldve been my first clue. I will never go back there. I went to elite nail spa after i left that hole and they did a great job and were nice to me.

This salon charged me $45 for a thing of lotion and when I googled the lotion it was only $22 dollars for a bigger jar at Walmart for a bigger jar the wage of sin! Money is the rule of all evil! Smh I...
This salon charged me $45 for a thing of lotion and when I googled the lotion it was only $22 dollars for a bigger jar at Walmart for a bigger jar the wage of sin! Money is the rule of all evil! Smh I will not return this place EVER in my life I hope every one else take heed!

Went in here because my usual salon is now closed on Sundays. My nails were all misshapen, not at all rounded square like when I walked in. The nail tech broke the skin under my nail with the dremel while cleaning them. I actually had to pull my hand away from her because it hurt so bad. Bad coverage with the top coat Next the price... $25. It says acrylic fill $17 and up on the wall. I was charged $4 for the most minimal of cut downs (which is where my poorly shaped results began). I was aldo charged $3 for a nail fix $17+$4+$3=$24 not $25. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be returning.

If you want a good foot massage, this is the place. If you want a good pedicure, go elsewhere. The polish is so thin (for the third time) you can see through it. Trying to give it a chance. My friend and I went one more time. She ordered the "deluxe" paid, as did I, and hers was over 10 minutes before mine and mine started first! Then we both had to ask for more polish - hers, because some ofher old polish was still on and showed through.... Mine, because I had two transparent nails. They just need to do a better (less on the cheap) job. I mean, how much do you really save by watering down polish? Clean place. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice people. Too bad they try to cut time and corners.

It was crowded, so i thought they'd be good, but was disappointed. He wanted to use the sander to remove my polish and gave me a dirty look when i asked him to just use remover. Tools were not sterili...
It was crowded, so i thought they'd be good, but was disappointed. He wanted to use the sander to remove my polish and gave me a dirty look when i asked him to just use remover. Tools were not sterilized either. Won't come back!
