I came Arkansas for a quick get away.While doing so I decided to get my nails done constantly looking for nails shops I found this one.Little did I know this was the worst mistake Walking into the shop I just knew this was going to be the best of the best ,but to my surprise in was not greeted upon arrival and ask from all the way in the back what service I would like. I said a full set and for some odd all of the workers started laughing as if no one wanted to do my nails but I gave it chance and let one of the techs do my nails.Usually when you get your nails done you feel elated to be there and you generally please with the ambience of the shop. But the entire time all of the nail techs were staring at me from head to toe and whispering to each other as if they had something to say but could not say it to my face. The lady doing my nails act as if she didn’t want to do them and kept pulling my hand until I ask her if she would stop (pulling my hand).While sitting in the shop you can see a true difference in how they treat their customers of color. Sad to say but it’s the truth at least from my point of view.If there was anything less than one star they would be receiving that..

I got the most expensive pedicure, it was subpar, probably the worst I have ever had . Friendly staff. I showed up close to closing time and they were still happy to seat me. I got powder dip polish and asked three times for a manicure, which I paid for, and consisted of dry cutting my cuticles. The powder dip lasted almost three days, and easily broke off. A young man did the service. Quite a chunk of change for a horrible job. I'll stick with Hot Springs Nail Spa.

I wanted to get my acrylics taken off and get a manicure. The guy never greeted me or said anything at all except asking me how short i wanted my nails clipped. His station had a dirty towel on it that he never changed. Filing off my acrylics was messy with peices flying all over me. After the acrylics were off i decided to leave without getting a manicure. Nails look terrible but i didn't want to spend anymore time and money on this guy. Very disappointed. However there was another Male manicurist next to the guy I had. He was very friendly to his clients and even greeted me. He offered water to his client all the while my guy didn't even make eye contact. Very disappointed with the manicurist I had.

I will never go there again. First, They made me get out of a chair and had a lady sit down to get her nails done when i was there 15 minuets before her, then i went and asked the lady politely at the front desk when i was going to get my turn and she said “i didn’t know you were getting you nails done” but when i walked in i had to get change from her to get them done and she told me to pick a color.. how do you not know? then when she was doing them she made me bleed .. my nails ended up falling off 6 days after i got them done. it was a WASTE of my money, they didn’t even look good. so if i were you , i would NEVER go there!

I came here to get my nails done with a specific shape and color in mind even had pictures to show exactly what I wanted. The guy doing my nails was really nice UNTIL I started telling him I was unhappy with the shape of some of my nails. None of them were shaped the same and many of them were different lengths. The color he first put on was NOTHING like what I wanted. When I told him the color was not like the picture I showed them he then SLICED my cuticles several times while grinding off the first color. In the end the color was still nothing like the pictures I showed them and several nails are still misshapen and different lengths. Not once did I get to wash my hands and it is very far from the cleanest or nicest nail salon I've been in. Can't believe I let myself pay $65 for the worst manicure I have ever seen.

Had a great detox pedi! A little pricey but worth it! Did a wax as well and it was so wonderful! Nice and clean salon, with great customer service. Clean supplies, and gear selection of nails and nail designs. So many different options from facials to pedi mani and waxing!

I had terrible experience at that place. I had nails done using some powder. The lady said it would last 4-6 weeks. They lasted only 2 weeks. Guy who did my nails was very rough removing my cuticles. They rush through the whole process. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place.

I went for a pedicure and full set. Before they started, I asked for the price of the full set with regular polish & they told me $30. The guy that did it for me was on his phone the whole time & wasn't concentrating on what he was doing. He made my toe bleed during the pedicure, kept going back & forth between me & other customers, didn't turn on the machine for me when it was time for my nails to dry, & neglected to tell me it was $10 extra for the length & shape I wanted for my nails. My whole experience was terrible and I will not be returning. I don't recommend this place at all. My experience was very nice at Chic Nails though. It was $5 cheaper there, too. If there was an option for less than 1 star, Da Vinci would definitely get it from me.

Went as a walk-in so there was a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it! Very nice staff. Clean. They use a new liner in the foot soak tub and new files per client. Prices were average. They offer nail services, massage, and waxes. Overall, I would return again during a future trip to Hot Springs.

The first time I came had a good experience, my nails looked good, on the "refill" however the man that attempted to do my nails the second time was horrible, making nasty comments about customers coming in, a black women who was snubbed immediately coming in the door, he had a snotty attitude whilst doing my nails and did a horrible job, massive gap under my nails, the looked like a they were coming off my nail bed ... Literally crooked and unattractive ... They are high priced and with the that man doing a terrible job while insulting patrons because of skin color made me sick People will pay for just another "New", place to go to have less than perfect nails .. Well way below .. Perfect If you do decide to come .. Stay away from the man there ... It's just ugly work ..then woman next to him did however see the issue and redid my Nails

I got the most expensive pedicure, it was subpar, probably the worst I have ever had . Friendly staff. I showed up close to closing time and they were still happy to seat me. I got powder dip polish and asked three times for a manicure, which I paid for, and consisted of dry cutting my cuticles. The powder dip lasted almost three days, and easily broke off. I wanted to get my acrylics taken off and get a manicure. The guy never greeted me or said anything at all except asking me how short i wanted my nails clipped. His station had a dirty towel on it that he never changed. Filing off my acrylics was messy with peices flying all over me. After the acrylics were off i decided to leave without getting a manicure. Nails look terrible but i didn't want to spend anymore time and money on this guy. Very disappointed. However there was another Male manicurist next to the guy I had. I came here to get my nails done with a specific shape and color in mind even had pictures to show exactly what I wanted. The guy doing my nails was really nice UNTIL I started telling him I was unhappy with the shape of some of my nails. None of them were shaped the same and many of them were different lengths. Went as a walk-in so there was a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it! Very nice staff. Clean. They use a new liner in the foot soak tub and new files per client. Prices were average. They offer nail services, massage, and waxes. Overall, I would return again during a future trip to Hot Springs.

The first time I came had a good experience, my nails looked good, on the "refill" however the man that attempted to do my nails the second time was horrible, making nasty comments about customers coming in, a black women who was snubbed immediately coming in the door, he had a snotty attitude whilst doing my nails and did a horrible job, massive gap under my nails, the looked like a they were coming off my nail bed ...
