DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS DONE HERE!! I had lash extensions done by Kimberli. I had never had them before, but they never seemed quite right. I went to see someone else who told me they were done wrong. I was left with infected eyes, peeling eyelids, and it broke off my natural lashes. Fair warning to anyone, do not get lashes done here!! Kimberli was so helpful today! I am in Hot Springs for a wedding tomorrow, but having some skin problems. I used too aggressive of a cleanser earlier in the week and looked like I was "molting." I'd dried the skin out on my face and it was shedding badly. She helped me pick an exfoliant that was mild enough to not damage my skin, but gritty enough to help shed what I needed to lose. I got the worst dye job of my life here. Mendy "so called stylist" does not know how to do hair. When I went back to show the owner Kimberly what my hair looked like she completely ignored me and when I asked her if she cared anything about customer service she flat out said no I don't and asked me to leave. I showed  people who worked there my horrid hair  a few laughed about it. I could not believe it. Please spend your money elsewhere, a place that values its customers. Read Less

The salon is incredibly clean. The staff is professional and welcoming with a down home feeling. I felt right at home. It was really pleasant. Clay Roots carries Bare Essentials, provides makeovers based on skin type. I was really happy to learn that they carry Eminence organic skin care products. All of my experiences at clay roots have been awesome. This is the owners son in law so my opinions tend to be over critical most times. Anyways, the salon itself is beautiful. You have to visit during christmas. I was talked into getting a facial. Amazing. Thanks to aubrey. The hair stylists are always friendly and do a great job. The owners are great. There always eager to take care of business. I dont know what tje previous review is referring to but pilled out ??? Nothing could be further from the truth. As far as im aware the Garners have been happily married for a long time. When it comes to clay roots they always go the extra mile to provide a comfortable atmosphere as well as knowledgeable staff for ther clients. The owner Kim is so fake, and pilled out all day. The staff keeps drama going all day. The products are way over priced, better off getting them online. Hair stylist did a good job, but was late, blabbed the whole time, about the owner Curtis cheating on Kim on each other, and talked BS about all the other workers.
