Love this place! The owner and her husband are amazing and super friendly. They do fantastic work wether in a hurry or not. We had a group of 6 go in for full sets on a Friday at 530 and they joked and laughed with us the whole time even though they had to stay late to finish up due to high volume at our time of arrival! I love Lena and her husband and the job that they do on my nails. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait is usually super long. I have made an appointment before and still had to wait almost an hour. It's because they are such a great place but I don't suggest going if you are in a hurry. I've been to get my nails powder dipped 4 times now and also received a basic pedicure and a Deluxe pedicure I've had a great experience every time!!! Any nail salon I've ever been to I've had to wait or my requested services have taken awhile but that's expected...what I love most is when you call for an appointment they honor your appointment time! Which has never happened at any other salon I've been to! They have an amazing color selection in all types of polishes which ...is amazing bc I can match my toes (regular polish) w my powder dip nails! I'm very pregnant at the moment and since the hot summer months they offer cold water for my swollen feet to soak in as well as skipping the foot scrubbing bc it stresses me out so bad!!! They will def accommodate anyone's personal needs!!! My daughter is 6 years old and loves to get the princess package and said the girl is so nice who does hers (and patient bc I know she kept messing them up not sitting still!) Started out great but became poorly ran. Past few months I wouldn't suggest to anyone. I know a group of 10 that called a week ahead for a wedding party. The day of their appointment there were only 2 people scheduled to work! Some of the party had to leave after waiting so long. Then a 90 year old couple I know who go once a week just to get their toes clipped were asked not to come back because they requested them not do something. The main girl that runs it is extremely i...mmature and needs advice on customer service. Reason I stopped going was because of the way we were treated for being late to an appointment. Me and my mom had 1 for 2 mani and pedis at 1. My grandma fell and hit her head that day so around 1230 when I knew we couldn't get there on time I called to change my appointment time because we would be about 20 minutes late. The girl who answered said it was fine and they would see us when we got there. Well we waited 30 minutes to be seen and after my pedicure I had to wait another 30 before starting my nails. Then my mom had waited forever for her wax and finally just decided she would leave until the mom said I can do it right now. Then to make sure I could hear her. The daughter tells her sister that she needs to remember the new rule that people need to reschedule if they are going to be lat3 because it puts them behind. Well first I tried to reschedule but was told to come anyways and second every person that came in after us which was only 5 didn't have an appointment which makes your comment void. After my mom got down with her wax she tells me that the mom apologized in there and said that her daughter had told her to do the walk-ins before her! Went in for a pedicure and manicure and ended up getting no manicure because it took them from 5:45pm to 7:40pm for the pedicure and told me il have to come back. NO THANK YOU! I switched to Luxury nails at the beginning of the summer and I have never been happier!  This past weekend I booked a party of 7 for Mani Pedi...it was fabulous! If you book a party of 5 or more they put out a spread of mini cupcakes, fruits, cheese and crackers along with their free drink they always have.
