I hate this but ever since the ownership changed the salon hasn’t been the same and neither has the customer service. I went in on a Thursday night to get my SNS nails redone and waited over an hour soaking. Afterwards, the guy who did my nails cut them all too short without asking for my opinion or how long I wanted them. I tried to give them a second chance. Needless to say, I won’t be back. If you have the time, go to Sweet Escapes. Much friendlier service and lower prices. (And SO MANY color options)

I want to begin by saying that I'm very particular about how my nails look....so I was hesitant to visit a new salon. I'm so glad I decided to check out VIP. My nails are absolutely beautiful, and look natural (which was my main concern). Raymond took the time to understand exactly what I was wanting. I will definitely be back!

This is my 2nd time coming since management has changed. Billy did my pedi and gel mani the first time and Bruce did them today. Great experience both times. They love to interact with the customers and don't let the language barrier stop them. Plenty of staff to get you in and out. What other nail salon makes egg rolls for their customers? Thanks so much and see you next time guys!

Clean salon and staff is very friendly. They have a lot of color options as well. My favorite pedicure is the candle oil pedi! Highly recommend trying that out, you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough about stylist Jennifer @ The Beauty Bar. My teen picks pictures from Pinterest and walks in to Jennifer, shows her the photo, and leaves looking/feeling like a million bucks. We've had her do baby highlights, baylayage, full highlights...we've thrown the book at her and she's NEVER disappointed. Homecoming time...Jennifer E was the only person we trusted. Beautiful occasion hair. Gah!😍 All the hairdressers are simply lovely and extremely friendly. You won't be disappointed. Give The Beauty Bar a shot if you're around the Conway area.

Great salon, Lauren, the owner, is always so sweet and friendly when I come in. Tara does a great mani and pedi! They offer blow outs here as well as color, cut and style.

Whoa! I found my 'go-to' and WILL NOT go anywhere else. 1st: easy to find in Conway, directly behind the KFC and next door to DMV, . 2nd: I booked my appointment with Jennifer using the style seat app...
Whoa! I found my 'go-to' and WILL NOT go anywhere else. 1st: easy to find in Conway, directly behind the KFC and next door to DMV, . 2nd: I booked my appointment with Jennifer using the style seat app. This phone app gave me her price list and all the options as well. Quick, easy and perfect for my hectic schedule. No waiting on someone to flip through their appt book over the phone.(this is my preference and you could call and book an appt, I'm sure) 3rd: booked my daughter and myself an appointment...instead of sitting and waiting on her color, I went to the back and got myself a pedicure. 4th: Tara Wilson does pedicures in the back and is amazing. The best in Conway, eh...anywhere I've been from here to Florida. My feet are bad as I stand over 8hrs a day and have dry, cracked feet. She made me want to wear my flip flops again. 5th: stylist: Jennifer Edgar, Jennifer Edgar, Jennifer Edgar. Y'all, she's amazing! Best cut, color, highlights, balayage...she can do it all. But, all the stylists are super friendly and smile when you walk in instead of making you feel like you're a burden. Lastly, the place is gorgeous with floor to ceiling mirrors at each stylist's station and drinks for your convenience. It's not a $4 haircut but they make you feel like a million bucks. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

I hate this but ever since the ownership changed the salon hasn’t been the same and neither has the customer service. I went in on a Thursday night to get my SNS nails redone and waited over an hour soaking. Afterwards, the guy who did my nails cut them all too short without asking for my opinion or how long I wanted them. I tried to give them a second chance. Needless to say, I won’t be back. If you have the time, go to Sweet Escapes. Much friendlier service and lower prices. (And SO MANY color options)

My nails are absolutely beautiful, and look natural (which was my main concern). Raymond took the time to understand exactly what I was wanting. I will definitely be back!

They love to interact with the customers and don't let the language barrier stop them. Plenty of staff to get you in and out. What other nail salon makes egg rolls for their customers? I can't say enough about stylist Jennifer @ The Beauty Bar. My teen picks pictures from Pinterest and walks in to Jennifer, shows her the photo, and leaves looking/feeling like a million bucks. We've had her do baby highlights, baylayage, full highlights...we've thrown the book at her and she's NEVER disappointed. Homecoming time...Jennifer E was the only person we trusted. Beautiful occasion hair. Gah!😍 All the hairdressers are simply lovely and extremely friendly. You won't be disappointed. Give The Beauty Bar a shot if you're around the Conway area.
