I’ve been going here off and on for years. I use to love Paradise and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Just recently I went for a full set with shellac, and two days later a nail broke off. The following Monday I went back, the girl fixed my nail and for some reason filled 4 nails (wasn’t needed) and charged me for a fill w shellac plus a polish change! I didn’t complain bc I was like this should last at least a week and a half. 2 days later another nail broke! I went back in and told them I had a problem, I sat in there 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone and to just get that nail fixed, but it was free of charge. Another day later 2 more nails broke, and I was told next time ask for someone else to do my nails. I feel as if someone can’t do your nails properly they shouldn’t be in there. I wasted almost $100 on nails in a week. I use to love paradise, but the customer service seems to get worse every time I go.

Went and waited 2 hours. They were in such a hurry to get me in and out that she didn't even file my nails correctly. They were uneven. I didn't even get a full manicure. She filed my nails and then just painted them. After 3 days the gel polish came off. The WORST experience at a nail place I have ever had.

I went there to get acrylic nails done and when they finished they were so crooked I couldn't handle it. So I went back two days later hoping they would just reshape them with the file. I showed the girl my nails and she said my nails grow like that. My nails hadn't even had time to grow so I know she was lying. In the end she made me pay for what she messed up! Won't be back! Very rude people! I could tell when I was leaving that they weren't talking about me because all the employees were staring straight at me and laughing.

Went to go get my nails done on my birthday got there at 5 o'clock didn't get done into 7:30 needless to say I was the last person in there they rushed me out the door because the lady was ready to go my nails were not dry I got white so two days later of my nails turned brown seeing how I had just been there two days ago and the guy was kind of rude and told me that I would had to pay seven dollars to get my nails repainted it was not my fault they use old Polish and they should have just fixed them this place is not worth the money or the time..!!

I called ahead to see if they take appointments, they do not first come first serve. I entered and asked for a pedicure. Another two women came in behind me. I was taken to massage chair and started soaking my feet when I noticed toenail clippings in the water so I took my feet out. No manicurist was with me so I waited. After 5 or so minutes someone came over and asked if the water was too hot... I explained the water was dirty. Then the two women that came in behind me sat down and were set up soaking their feet. I was moved to a different chair.... The dirty one was never cleaned... Rinsed out and used. When a manicurist did come over she sat down and started working on both women that came in behind me. So much for first come first serve theory or policy. The salon is very dirty; dust and lint, hair etc. ventilation could be better. Staff is friendly, not a lot of foreign conversation(I personally like English in public places as this is America). My pedicure looks nice but when I go out for a pedicure it is for me to relax and be pampered so for the money spent I expect strong customer service and a clean environment . I will not return. Very sweet.. patient. . And professional. They were very busy which is good. I felt bad for them cuz some customers didn't care to wait and got rude. It's a great business. .worth the wait.

I’ve been going here off and on for years. I use to love Paradise and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Just recently I went for a full set with shellac, and two days later a nail broke off. The following Monday I went back, the girl fixed my nail and for some reason filled 4 nails (wasn’t needed) and charged me for a fill w shellac plus a polish change! Went and waited 2 hours. They were in such a hurry to get me in and out that she didn't even file my nails correctly. They were uneven. I didn't even get a full manicure. I went there to get acrylic nails done and when they finished they were so crooked I couldn't handle it. So I went back two days later hoping they would just reshape them with the file.
