I very rarely write a review regarding my experiences. However, I felt I should share the one I had today. While the business was clean & orderly (no little kids running around either), the lady that did my pedicure was extremely ROUGH. She bent my toes in uncomfortable positions, scrubbed my feet so hard I’m surprised they didn’t bleed. I had to ask/ tell her more than once to stop being so rough. While I was at the drying table the man that sat next to me came over to wait on his daughter. I asked him if the lady (different person than mine) was rough w/ him. He said yes, very. He said he normally goes to a different place, but his daughter insisted on coming to this one. I MAY give it one more try. If I do & if they are rough again I won’t be back! Pedi I had cost $25. Very nice staff. Had to wait about 15 minutes before I could in as there were a lot of customers. I passed 3 other nail salons in the 1/4 mile to get to this place!!  I will definitely be back!! I was offered water, which was a welcomed treat. Read Less

Waited over an hour and got absolutely nothing. Wasted my time! I sat for nearly 30-40 min before an older lady walked in and got service immediately. Then I sat for another 20 min before walking out the door while one of the nail techs tried to stop me. Horrible service and absolutely rude! I wouldn't suggest this place. Read Less

Besides Famous Nails, the only other place I've been to in Conway to get my nails done was Forever Nails over by Target (AWFUL.. do not go there). So compared to that, anything would be an improvement. I really liked this place. Everyone is very friendly and they even offer you something to drink while you're there. My only issue was that I went in clearly wanting just a basic manicure and the lady kept trying to sell me the dip powder manicure. I told her that I may try that another time, but she kind of ignored my request and tried to start the dip powder. After I told her again that wasn't what I wanted, she seemed a lot less enthusiastic and not as friendly towards me.Other than that, everything was good. My mother and I went here to get a pedicures and an eyebrow waxing. My pedicure was nice. But as for my mother; she had a broken toenail, which could have been easily fixed, but they didnt even it out and went with it. Then came my waxing. I naturally have thick eyebrows, but I just needed them to be tamed just a little bit. I layed down on the tabled and the woman looked at them and said "You're so hairy." Then proceed to wax them way thinner than they needed to be. She lifted up my chin and asked if I wanted that done too. I told her that I could get that myself, but then reassured me that she would do it, even though I told her that I didn't want that done. She applyed the wax and proceeded with it anyway. 2/5 stars from me. Read Less

I will never go back to this place. Please look at the "Not recommended" reviews too because they are accurate. I am suspicious as to why Yelp doesn't let those populate with the rest of the reviews. Had I read those I wouldn't have gone to this nail shop. Went on a Saturday morning the wait was not long at all at that time but I did not like the manicure I received from what looked like a teen thug with a bill cap on. He didn't even clean out my nails. I also did not see any of their nail tech licenses displayed anywhere which I have always seen at other nail salons. I got my eyebrows waxed as well and had 2 minute intervals in between wax strip while the lady doing my eyebrow wax had a conversation. She then handed me over to another girl to wax my arms which then had one of the guys with a bill hat come in to the waxing room and sit there while i got my arms waxed. This I think I should have gotten done in a private room just me and the waxer. Not with a teenage thug looking boy sitting in the room eating his lunch in my ear. Then to top things off the girl spilled wax on my shirt and ruined it. I didn't even get a discount for any of the services either. Atleast to makeup for my ruined shirt. Read Less

Was very happy with my manicure!! Asked to have acrylic tips removed then get a gel manicure afterwards. I was afraid one of my thumb nails was so flimsy that it would have to be cut down, but the technician managed to salvage it. Will definitely be going back! Read Less

My first gel manicure in Conway was a WIN and I've found my new nail guy! Drum roll please?! ... The winner is DIOR! He's the best! He took great care of my mom and I during our visit! He's meticulous, his filing is perfect, and he's pickier than I am about my nails! I felt like I'd died and gone to heaven! You know trying a new anything, but especially a new nail tech, can be nerve wracking, but Dior exceeded my expectations. We bonded over our love of coffee and fresh doughnuts, and the rest is history! Love that guy! Needless to say, I'll be back and I'll be the tall lady  making a beeline for Dior! Read Less

Great service! The attention to detail is off the charts. They were out of water, but Dior offered us Spritz and cola. As I was getting my nails done a lady came in specifically to tell a technician how much healthier her foot felt since coming in yesterday. Sign on door says hours are 12-5 on Sunday but after waiting until 12:30 they finally all show up together and let everyone waiting in and of course it's a battle of who was here first to get the first spots and then after an hour and a half wait and them letting several walk in's go in front of me I was told I would still have a 45 min wait. Worst customer service ever! Total waste of a Sunday afternoon! Read Less
