The sign says walk ins welcome but they should really take that off. The receptionist will go ask if they can take you and come back and say they can’t but they’ll put you on a wait list and to leave. All nail salons I’ve been to will have you wait till they are available which I’m fine with waiting. But this place always wants you to leave and they will call you later. Came in as walk in asked what wait would be and was told 5 mins the wait was about 10 mins receptionist ran my water walked away to ask question to someone else and another employee attempting to seat some one placed them in The pedicure chair she had prepared for me I specifically asked the wait time because I was on a time frame. My all time FAVORITE place to come get my nails done! Kevin & Lindsay are great. Be sure to make an appt ahead of time. They offer free drinks including wine! Their dipped nails & pedicures are the best, they pay good attention to detail. Only place I will come to in Conway! Read Less

Love love love coming here. I've been faithfully going here for over 6 months. Its always nice and clean and the atmosphere is very peaceful. One thing I learned over time is that you need to book an appointment in advance because this place does get pretty busy. They do accept walk ins, but sometimes there is a wait time so appointments are better. Lindsay and Kevin are the owners and both do very good work. I'm giving this place a one star because I was not happy with the results this last time I went. I've never had an problem with this in particular nail spa because I've alwasys and only gotten my feet done. I go in one day to make an appointment for my mother and myself to get our hands and feet done. While getting my feet done a women comes and ask what kind of nails would I like so my reply was the natural look, she looks at me and asks me again what kind of would I and I said the same thing, at this point I'm realizing that she's not understanding what I'm sayi g so I show ger a picture of what I'm talking about. To make a long story short she gets finished doibg my nails and they are horrible the young lady at the front desk notice my face and she aked me if I liked my nails and I just gave her a look and shook my head no. The women came back to me asking if everything was ok and I let her know the nails were not the way I intended them to look. She grabs my hand and try to fix the problem and didn't do any better. I let the guy know up front what the problem was and he said that there wasn't anything wrong with the nails. I told him the work was sloppy and that the nails where crooked he came back with a respond saying my hands are crooked so I told him I wanted the nails taking off because I've had better work done on my nails at otber places he told me that there's no reason to waist money. AMAZING place. They take such good care of you and give you the best service ever, you can make appointments or walk in, they also offer beverages including wine! What girl would say no to being pampered and served wine, even my fiance enjoyed this place. The decor is very lovely and classy with pretty chandeliers. The owners are very enjoyable people to be around and are working just as hard as everyone else to ensure you enjoy yourself while you're getting your nails or toes done. Read Less
