I went in today for a pedicure, soak off & full set, and eyebrow waxing. I left very satisfied! The pedicure was really nice and my feet feel sooo much better! My nails look EXACTLY how I want them to! They had many pretty colors & the nail tech did my stiletto shape perfectly! Wonderful first experience. Terrible 2nd experience. Paid $35 for a FILL and shellac on 4 nails. The shellac came off in the first 2 days and one of my nails fell apart. I went in to get it fixed 30 minutes before the closing time listed on the door... which is 30 minutes before the closing time listed on the website and he said they were closed and copped a major attitude with me because he didn't want to fix it. I came in last Friday and I have been in several times. I love the atmosphere. But this time I got opi gel manicure and two of my nails have small chips. Also my right thumb on the side is lifting. Nice people but I asked for gel nails they told me to upgrade my gel nail to "shellac" or some name like that,which was 15 dollars more then a regular gel nail I said no I'm fine I've never had to upgrade my gel nails before. Got the normal gel nails my nail polished looked completely cracked the next day. Horrible!
