The most UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever been to. I have never had so much trouble with a nail salon. After they messed up my $40 dip color and made me pay full price and I complained, they told me I could come in and get a new color for free. I reluctantly went back in and was told he would be with me and to wait a few minutes. He told me to pick a color so I did. When he finished with the customer he was taking care of, he told me I would have to come back in a few hours or the next day after having me wait over 10 minutes for him. Never ever will I go back! This was a decent place not the best, it was very clean which was important to me. Staff wasn't very talkative or friendly. But I got pearl tips which I do at all nails salons and the guy asked if I wanted shiny coat which I said yes because my pearl tips are always coated with shiny polish(with no charge). However this time I was charged for getting a shiny coat on my pearl tips? I was confused about this charge because I wasn't told the charge till after the fact. I had a wonderful experience. They are priced well and had so many options to choose from for pedicures. I loved that they use natural herbs and they smell amazing! In under an hour I had pretty feet and they were feeling good too! Will definitely be coming back. Read Less

This place is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The employees are very friendly and respectful, they asked if we needed anything to drink. The massage chairs are AMAZING! My wife had nothing but good things to say about this place, she loves it, a great job every time. Highly recommend! Read Less

Came here once and wasn't blown away. The rates are almost double most salon prices and the only noticeable thing that they do to better sanitation concerns are insert a thin plastic liner. The purpose is defeated in my opinion though when the bowl still isn't cleaned in between patrons. Another concern I have is that they literally use a cheese grater on your feet instead of using a pumice bar as Arkansas Board of Cosmetology mentions is more safe.
