I absolutely hate this nail salon! The man rushed through shaping my nails and applying the gel polish. The next day my polish was bubbling up and peeling off. My hands looked horrible! So two days later I spent more money going to another nail shop to get my nails redone.  The owner apologized and said on my next visit my service would be free. HE LIED! We discussed it and I was still charged. He conveniently disappeared when my service was almost done and didn't tell the nail tech I wasn't supposed to be charged. Not one to cause a scene, I paid the charge and contacted the owner about not comping my service. He had the audacity to say the next one would be free. Horrible nail and customer service! Amazing! I just left! I was seen immediately when I walked in! Didn't even take an hour to get a gorgeous full set done! (Time is of the essence for this busy momma!) I usually don't give reviews. However, I am shocked at how bad the service was here. I cannot review their actual services because I was never seen! There was 1 person doing nails. And 1 person doing pedicures. And when I walked in there was 1 person waiting in front of me and I was told it would only be a second. I waited for almost an hour just to have ONE nail replaced before I finally left. Absolutely terrible service!! Read Less

I recently moved to Madison and I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and and customer satisfaction. In saying this, Allure spa & nails EXCEEDED every expectation! My pedicure was outstanding as well as my manicure, not to mention the fabulous job on my eyebrows! Kristine and her husband are so nice and take pride in their family owned and operated business! Don't know if they have changed hands, but this used to be the best nail salon around. It is now HORRIBLE! I went in with my daughter just before vacation and will NEVER return!  The young girl that did my mani/pedi kept digging her nail into my toes.  When it came time for my manicure, I felt something on my foot, so I looked down and she was resting her foot on top of my freshly painted nails--couldn't believe that anyone would do such a foolish thing!  When I said something, she started to remove the polish.  I complained to the woman that seemed to be in charge and she came over to do my nails--at that point I just wanted to leave and did so without polish on my fingers (of course she still charged me full price!)Also, my daughter was with me.  She only wanted a manicure so she waited until someone was available.  They were quite busy so she was waiting about 45 minutes.  Three teenage girls came in wanting pedicures so the man that became available went and waited on one of them.  When I complained that my daughter was already waiting, the woman said she would take care of daughter as soon as she had completed the person she was working on.  She said it was their policy to complete the people that come in together at the same time--ridiculous answer!!  I wanted my daughter's nails to be dry so she could drive us home. Me & my doughter went to do pedi & meni combo. there were busy so finish r work in 20 min for both. my doughter wants to do gel nail, they were forcing her to do powder but she say no. they still did powder & told us just try it on us no charge. my total came out 110.00. ask them how, no explanation Read Less

I went for a new gen nail dip manicure....amazing. seriously. My nails are naturally very thin and the amount of damage that acrylic does to them is nearly irreparable, but shellac doesn't stay on well enough. I work with my hands and shellac chips in mere days. The staff was very personable and the place...drumroll....DOESN'T STINK...It doesn't smell like a nail salon at all. None of that nasty acrylic smell. It was only $30 for the new gen nail dip, took about 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I left, and there was no drying time, because they aren't wet. It's all dry powder, but just as thick and strong as acrylic. They had three swatches of different colors...anything under the moon you could think of. They also do eyelashes...I'm definitely going back to get some individuals for the summer!! Read Less

I visited VIP nail salon in 2-24-16. My experience was painful and dangerous. My manicure was very painful and bloody, he did not know what he was doing, cut my cuticles so short they were bloody as I left salon. I am wearing bandaides and praying I don't get sick..... The Wonderful folks that ran this salon for years are no longer there..... I guess all salons are hit OR miss depending on who is working at the moment you walk into salon. Read Less

This nail salon is great!! I walked in and was warmly greeted! After being asked what I'd like done, I had maybe a 30 second wait. All staff was incredibly friendly. I was offered a cold drink several times. I can not remember my nail techs name but he did an Ammmaazzzing job:-) Ive been to many other nail places and they don't even compare to this one, I will be using VIP Nails as long as I'm in Bryant!
