Let me start by saying I’d been driving from LR to Bryant to get manis/pedis at this shop for about 2 1/2 years. I always get my natural nails done, no Acrylic or overlays. So, On my most recent visit here the male owner (who sits right by the door) was extremely RUDE bc I had to go back and get one of my nails fixed 2 days later because Julie (whom I love) had done my nails and I had a crack in my nail that I wanted patched with Acrylic, but she insisted that the dipping powder would be sufficient, so i tried it while thinking I know my nails this wont hold a cracked nail for 2 weeks...sure enough, the next day the crack in that nail started showing and snagging everything. So I went back the day after that (2 days after my original visit) and the male owner who sits right by the door was rhe one who had to fix my nail. He was very RUDE as I explained to him that I’d prefer Acrylic..he tried telling me that dipping powder and Acrylic were basically the same thing and trying to tell me that there would be a thickness difference (which hes supposed to fix being the professional right?!) so i told him that...and for the remainder of the time I was sitting there he was being rough with my hand and humping his shoulders at my questions. I waited 2 hours for a manicure and peducure, which was not a problem until I saw that I waited in vein for this horrible example of a pedicure. After getting a "pedicure", my feet looked exactly like they did when I say in the chair. I didnt even get my manicure because my feet looked so horrible! I asked for the owners information several times and was denied the information. I have been getting pedicures for 20 years and this has been the ABSOLUTE worst experience. I drove from Mabelvale to Bryant to do a girls day out for my daughter's birthday and it was absolutely a bad choice. The lady that did my daughters nails was extremely unprofessional and rude. I would NEVER recommend anyone to Memory nails to get their toe nails clipped. That use to be my choice of "get away" spot every 2 weeks. If you see this sign and the name Memory Nails .......... RUN AND DON'T STOP, because you would be completely unhappy. My daughter just wanted her nails done in a certain color and they couldn't even grasp that. I should have just walked out, but I wanted to give them a chance to make the situation right. I have used Memory Nails for the last 5 years and they have lost a dedicated, worthy customer. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I must admit, my experience at Memory Nail Spa is the worst ever. Julie, the owner initially assisted with a pink and white solar set. In the beginning everything was fine until I had to ask her several times to cut my nails done more. I even went as far as to tell her why, so that she would understand my request, nevertheless she continued. I was under the impression that she would get back around to it before finishing my manicure. Unfortunately she did not and went to help with another client. By this time Alan is assisting with pedicure. My first impression of him was very irate and impatient, even though this is our first encounter. After he finished polishing my nails he escorted me over to the nail dryer. It was at this time I informed him that I needed my nails cut down more. He was furious and told me that he would not cut my nails down anymore And if he did he would charge me an additional $8 and threatened to call the police. Keep in mind that I have not left the salon at this time and the technician that was helping walked off to help another customer. I was absolutely at a lost for words and in shock. My mom, Mamaw and I have been very faithful customers to this nail salon. When they first opened they were wonderful. We go once a month usually. They know us when we walk in the door, they know what we want. However, today was the last straw. We buy the $60 pedi, feels like maybe the $25 and that's stretching it. Today when we went, we got the $38. It was terrible. Julie (owner) did my pedi. She was to busy to actually sit down and do it. At one point, she stopped to go and wax another customer, constantly stopping to collect money. My feet were extremely dry when I left (hence that's why you come to get one in the first place) They use to be very humble people and seems like now there there to collect some money. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have carefully read through the reviews and we see that we are not the only ones that have noticed this. You just lost 3 very committed customers. Read Less

Although I loved the man that did my nails, there was a nail tech there that took care of my sister, and he did a poor job. And when she asked him to fix them, he started yelling at her and refused to do so. He claimed there was nothing wrong with her nails, although his wife had to redo her nails and fix his mistake. I wish I would have gotten his name, because I'm sure he's the reason this business has poor reviews. Read Less

The owner's husband was rude and rushed to do my toe nail polish. He did not take all the Polish off my toe nail and proceeded to say "that's dead skin, get a full pedicure next time". I also got my eyebrows done and of course she took more off one eyebrow than the other. I've given thus place 3 chances to do better. I'm done. Read Less

My mother is in a wheelchair. I took her to 3 different nail shops. The other nail shops said they could not give her a pedi. It really hurt my mothers feelings. She felt like the other shops wouldn't do it because she was in a wheelchair. I took her to this shop and they welcomed her with open arms. Everytime I go back they ask how she is doing. I do not recommend this salon for getting your nails done. The man that did my nails this afternoon was very rude, and did not like it very much when I told him I did not really like the design he had done. He did a very sloppy job, along with getting polish remover on my shoe, which left a stain. Along with the fact that my nails have already started to chip, and it has not even been a full 24 hours since having them done. However, I have always been pleased with getting my eyebrows waxed there. Read Less

this is THE WORST manicure i have ever paid for. the guy who was doing my nails was rude, when i asked him to file down the one crooked nail he didnt notice, he got mad and tried to hand me the nail file and told me to do it myself, than he proceded to give me the worst manicure ive ever had, and piled the polish on so thick it never dried, and didnt even go to the edges of my nails....later that day my nails were shredded on the edges and he actually ruined my nails, they have been shredding and snagging ever since, this is the first time i have broken a nail in a year, and it is all becuase these people SUCK,!!!! if you want some jerkfaces to ruin your nails than go here and pay them to be mean to you.
