Would not recommend this place!!! They did my toes not how I wanted then done simple, tips with a thin line, and couldn't even match or get close to the color I wanted!! I wanted like a teal color, they was bringing me green, bright green!! My 8 year old went over there and it took her the first or try, she gave me 2, and I didn't know which one I wanted while they gave me about 15-20 different colors not any colors near as close I ask for. I've been going to Lovely Nails for the past 5 years. The reason why I go is because of the service and the hot wax treatments on the hands and feet. I came in wanting a pedicure and manicure, but left after my pedicure. The reason why the lady that usually do me wasn't there and I got another lady. You know they put you in the chair and turn on the massager for 15 minutes. She was done before the chair went off. She didn't even put hot towels on my feet or legs. I asked her why she didn't do the wax and first she said it is to hot. I said it's supposed to be hot. Then she said we don't do it if you are getting polish on your feet, because the nail want dry. I said that is the one of the reason why I come here is for the hot wax. I looked over to the next chair and the other person was doing the hot wax, massage and towel treatment and was applied polished to their feet. I canceled my manicure and paid for my pedicure and left. They have lost me as a customer.Read Less
