Amanda has done amazing with my hair - from going from super long to super short, and is a great "partner in crime" when it comes to adventurous styles and vibrant colors... My family has been loyal customers for 10 years and my mom was a couple mins late for her app. and they canceled it and treated her worse then I've ever seen in my entire life! We drive 45 mins to this salon. Said they called her phone to see if she was still coming and she asked what number. Turned out being my dads number and my mom said he recently passed away and the managers response was Its not my problem your situation has changed! That's the coldest most heartless thing someone could possibly say! Needless to say she left in tears and cried half of the day! I will never return here. Mitchell Kunzin the last weekThis is the worst experience ever, my mom has been going here for over 10 years, and my father just recently past away 6 months ago, and we finally got her to book an appointment to try to have a good relaxing day, only for her to be treated worse then any establishment ever, they cancel her appointment because she was one minute late, and the manager Michelle garner was so rude and treated her worse then I have ever seen a business treat anyone, let alone a customer who has been going there for over 10 years! They said that they try to confirm the appointment by sending a text, and my mom asked what number, and it was to my dead father's cell, and when my mother told them this, they said that it was not their problem, all over being 1 minute late, never once did they ever apologize, and I've never seen anyone as cold hearted or rude then this place, my sisters and mother will never return to this place, and would suggest everyone to look elsewhere, instead of giving your hard earned money to this cruel and awful establishment, I've had to now listen to my mother crying for the last 3 hours in bed over these people, and this was supposed to make her feel better, since it exactly one day before my parents 30 year anniversary, but instead these people had to make my mother's day a living hell, thanks alot. This review is only based on the Basic facial service they offer. The price of the basic lowest amount facial is 45 dollars and will last less than 30 minutes. This place is really easy to miss since it is located on the right hand side right after you enter the I-30 frontage road from Congo road.  The facial is not worth the price. It lasted less than 30 minutes and the esthetician was definitely not very familiar with how to perform facials effectively. Not sure how the other services are. But I would not recommend to get the basic facial here for 45 dollars. Read Less

I went with Wild Ivy on a whelm. I found them to be one of the only places around that did hair and make up both. I got married in Alexander and I'm not from this area. I randomly called and booked an appointment for them to do my wedding hair and my makeup. Luckily they called the day before to remind me because I had the wrong time in my head. When we walked in it was a quaint little place - that looked like a log cabin. We were greeted by a lady at the front desk who offered us soda and water. I had three people with me and one of them wanted to get her hair trimmed last minute. They got her in and treated her nicely too. The other girls with me (sister and photographer) who were welcomed and able to go where they needed to share in the experience. Mandy was my stylist and she did a great job of listening to me and also offering her very professional opinion. She was confident which helped me because I really didn't know what I wanted. My 'veil/hairpiece' option was different and she didn't bat an eye - she fixed me right up. She did the same with my makeup she didn't have to ask many questions, she seemed to understand the vision for our simple wedding. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup and I don't think that Wild Ivy (and Mandy) is reviewed much on here but I would return to them again if I lived in the area! Read Less

Just used my gift card for a day at the spa I have had for 2 years. Don't know why I waited so long! My mom and I had a GREAT day being pampered by the friendly staff. Our massages were incredible. I have already re booked for another massage, manicure and pedicure! I highly recommend the shallac mani/pedi. The only thing missing was someone to drive me home! I just moved to Benton and left my old stylist behind. I really needed a hair cut so after looking up a few salons I called Wild Ivy Hair Salon and they managed to fit me in that day. Ashley cut my hair and did an excellent job. I've had many compliments and prices where great. After getting my hair done I also realized they offer many services. Read Less
