Mitchell Kunzin the last weekThis is the worst experience ever, my mom has been going here for over 10 years, and my father just recently past away 6 months ago, and we finally got her to book an appointment to try to have a good relaxing day, only for her to be treated worse then any establishment ever, they cancel her appointment because she was one minute late, and the manager Michelle garner was so rude and treated her worse then I have ever seen a business treat anyone, let alone a customer who has been going there for over 10 years! They said that they try to confirm the appointment by sending a text, and my mom asked what number, and it was to my dead father's cell, and when my mother told them this, they said that it was not their problem, all over being 1 minute late, never once did they ever apologize, and I've never seen anyone as cold hearted or rude then this place, my sisters and mother will never return to this place, and would suggest everyone to look elsewhere, instead of giving your hard earned money to this cruel and awful establishment, I've had to now listen to my mother crying for the last 3 hours in bed over these people, and this was supposed to make her feel better, since it exactly one day before my parents 30 year anniversary, but instead these people had to make my mother's day a living hell, thanks alot. But yall simply don't care about your customers at all, and you've clearly showed that today in every aspect. I hope yall feel great about yourselves. Justin Kunz. Read Less
