She cut my toe! The only thing good about it was the fact that they use utensils in sterile packs that they get from the autoclave. She seemed so rushed. I was the third person thru the door. It was getting busy while I was in there. You still have to take your time to maintain safety standards. So disappointed. Read Less

I was gifted a Full Body Massage from my husband, and booked with Danielle. She asked if I had had any problems that she needs to be aware of, which we discussed, and she tailored the massage to suite my needs. Overall, it was an amazing massage, in a beautiful spa. I have used this nail salon several times over the past year and each time it seems to get worse.  The staff is very friendly but the actual nail service is horrible.  I just went yesterday to pamper myself for my birthday and when I left there my nail color looked great but my hands where in worse shape then when I arrived.  The nail technician cut my cuticles too short on 3 different fingers and caused them to bleed which has already started an infection on those 3 fingers.  I go get my nails done to make my hand feel and look better but to wake up the next day and 3 of my fingers hurt because of bad workmanship makes me feel like I just wasted money and I would have been better off just going to a new place.  I would suggest not using this salon and maybe going somewhere else so as not to waste money. Worst nail salon I have ever been to! The service was absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my life be it nail salon, restaurant, or whatever. I went with a friend and we were both uncomfortable throughout the entire process. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience the whole time, the employees kept snickering between one another while looking over their shoulders at another employee like children talking bad about a peer, the end result looked okay but I didn't get what I had paid for, and then after the terrible service I didn't tip and the employee tipped himself $3 at my expense after I left which I discovered later on my bank statement.
