My daughter and I got pedicures a week ago. Overall, a good experience but I noticed the woman next to me was getting a more exfoliation. I left with “almost” smooth feet. The polish was good and had lasted so far. My daughters manicure chipped after a day because they put too many coats of polish. I’m not sure it was worth the money spent. It was overpriced for the end result so I will likely shop around for our next outing. If you’re in a pinch I would say go for it but if you’re on a budget I’d say invest in a home exfoliation and go for a professional polish. The place is clean and staff friendly. Read Less

I have been going to Be & Q for my pedicure's since they opened out here in Vail ... and have always gotten quality service. I have my favorites, but they all do a good job and are reasonably priced. Be, Quan, Nancy and the team are super people. You almost feel like extended family, super nice and they try to accommodate everyone. If it gets busy you will have to wait, but typically I will let them know I am waiting and then run down to Walgreen's if I can't sit still. They just recently got all new chairs/tables and the place looks fantastic. I have done waxing there before for my eyebrows and do recommend only having Be do it (not sure who else is licensed) PS - The sea salt add on is worth it when you have the time! Read Less

It was a horrible experience! I waited an hour for them take me back then they put me in a area to have something other than what I wanted done. After that I waited another 15 mins for them to call back another customer and to tell me this customer had an appointment. Finally I was put with a technition and he had an attitude and did not do a spaculare job on my nails! I will never go back there!! Read Less

Relaxing atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. Every nail tech, doesn't matter who I get, does a great job! They have a younger male nail tech (forgot his name) but he can do all the cool Pinterest designs. The one thing that I have to say about the actual quality of their work is that I see minimal lifting with my acrylics. I also love how organized they are with their gel colors and the prices are very reasonable! The only reason I gave Be & Q four stars is because I never get in on the times I schedule my appointment for. It almost makes me wonder why they even take appointments. My favorite there is Q! Not only does he do great work but he's so personable with everyone, he's a hard worker and he makes you laugh! Definitely my favorite neighborhood nail salon! Read Less

Everyone always has a smile on their face and welcomes you into the salon. Their salon is always kept very clean and professional. I have gone to a lot of places and once I got cut and it made me not get my nails done for a while.i met Conan And he did such a great job, He is so friendly. If you don't want your nail to chip or lift he is your guy. He takes pride in what he does and does a great job. I used to bite my nails so if the lift or chip I pick at them. I have never had a bad experience with him. I now have beautiful long nails. HE IS THE BEST!!! Read Less

My husband got me a gift card here because his mom tried this salon and loved it. We live in Vail and I've visited the other Salons in Rita Ranch but not this one. I expected the run of the mill experience but was pleasantly surprised by this place. I feel like I found a little gem. I was there for 2 hours getting a pedi and full set. It was the best pedi I ever had and wasn't asked to upcharge for "callouses". They took their time and I felt they did a very thorough job. Also, they were very warm and friendly. At least 3 different staff members smiled at me in passing at different times and asked how I was doing. I'm very happy with the services and customer service I received and highly recommend them to anyone! Read Less
