I stumbled upon this place when I couldn't get in to the regular place I used to go. Honestly I did not expect to fall in love with this place but I did. The people are so nice, courteous and welcoming. They truly make you feel like their grateful you walked in the door and gave them the opportunity to serve you. They do a phenomenal job, my nails are perfect every time-- Susan ia great, but honestly they all are. The signature pedicures are to die for. They have several to choose from, and they take their time on the foot massage (the best part). Casey is the best! I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had at Tracy's nail salon. It start ed off by the owners opening the shop up to my daughter and I on Memorial day. It was a day the shop was closed for business but the owners just so happen to be there cleaning up. With a very warm welcome they stopped what they where doing and offered to service us. On top of being kind enough to open shop for us, the service was top notched, with alot of personal additives. This family owned business really understands what it takes to make a customer feel good. I'm not the one that makes regular visits to a nail salon but this experience has changed my attitude. We went for pedicures...there were 5 of us and they accommodated us all together at the same time. The salon was very clean and comfortable with nice massage chairs, and it smelled great, no chemical smell. There's free WiFi and drinks. The pedicure and massage were the best I've had! With so many nail salon's in the area it is hard to know which is the best. I went online and read some great reviews about this nail salon and was extremely pleased when I went in and got my nails done. I wanted to find a local place to go for mani's, pedi's, wax's and massages and think that I have hit on my new best spot! Today I just got a nail fill and gel color but the job that Jenny did and the work that I saw while getting my nails done was excellent. I also said Hi to Susan, the owner and she was very friendly. Came from out of town and was looking for a place for a pedicure. This was great. They did not rush through and there was no pressure too upsell. Got a good manicure also. This east side nail place is our go-to place for treating ourselves to pedicure spa treatments. The nail trimming, aromatic foot/lower leg massages, oiled hot stone massage, and wax treatment make your feet feel great! Unlike some other nail places, this shop is very clean, seldom crowded, reasonably priced, and Susan and her staff are very friendly, welcoming and never turn away walk-ins. Yesterday was my first time here and I will be back again. Very friendly and kept checking to make sure everything was as I wanted. I got a deluxe pedicure and was very happy with it. I stopped in today to get my nails done for the first time in about 22 years. I usually do my own but wanted something special. Susan did my nails in a French manicure style with silver glitter at the tips on my own natural nails. She did a beautiful job and walked me through the whole process. Wonderful shop and staff. I went in today to get a dip powder manicure. Not a lot of places in town do this type of service.. so when I called Tracy's and asked I made an appointment. The owner took her time, talked to me  and made me feel comfortable. First, great location, convenient for my shopping and close to home on east side. Salon wasn't crowded when I went in, they just opened last week under new ownership. I was greeted time I came in the door, which is always a plus. Salon was clean and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and solicitous in offering water, it was hot even early in the morning. Loved the service I had from Susan, very detailed about what I was having done yet she did it in a timely manner. I also appreciated that she checked to make sure I was satisfied with what she was doing. I noticed the other technician was the same with her customer. Great customer service all around. This place is amazingly clean and everything is brand new as Susan is just taking over and She and her husband have done a great job with the decor, but the really amazing piece is the treatment I received.  I only do this on special occasions, but I'm going to make it once a month at this place, it really makes me feel so good.  Next time I'm going to try the Facial when i get my manicure and pedicure. I work for a place where customer service is definitely something we strive for on a day to day basis & lets just say my job is a lot more difficult & stressful than what this salon deals with customer wise... They are very rude and unprofessional, disrespectful and impatient with customers requests and concerns. I used to go there all the time until they did such an awful job painting my nails, the polish was streaky, clumpy and just all around an ugly job. I looked at them and nicely told her to redo them and needless to say I paid without getting them redone and ended up repainting them at home. Since then I have not been back instead I go to the place across the street "nail pr...os" where they are kind and professional and don't let you leave until you're 100% satisfied. Since my experience at Tracy's I have heard multiple people have the same issue with the employees being rude and disrespectful. One being my neighbor who is the sweetest lady I've ever met who got yelled at because she didn't like the way they waxed her brows and upper lip (half assed and hair still there) And another good friend just had a terrible experience the other day. Left with an injury and was publicly humiliated by the worker after the services. Went in to get my brows waxed and the woman was very rushed with me and on her Bluetooth talking on the phone the entire time, when she was done with me she handed me the mirror and missed almost all the hairs on my right brow. I very politely pointed out she missed the hairs then at that point began aggressively plucking my eye brow so hard she was hurting me and I flinched a couple of times. I... felt she had grabbed my skin and could feel it lift. Afterwards she handed me the mirror and I was bleeding in two places, which later turned to three once I got home from her lifting up chunks of my skin. I was in shock and she remained on the phone then after my services I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe I now looked worse then when I first came in. Being nervous I then payed but once I got to my car it really didn't settle well with me and I decided to go back in to very politely request a refund at which point she stood up and began yelling at me in front of everyone telling me it wasn't her fault my my skins fault and my hairs fault. I continued to remain calm as she kept yelling and she even dragged another customer into it- which was HIGHLY unprofessional. I remember the only thing I told her is I have been getting my eye brows done for 10 years have never been injured in the process and you don't need to yell. Then after about 3 minutes of her freaking out and me staying quite she handed me the ten dollars and I left.
