I am very happy with my facial. My face continues to look fresh and vibrant. I started bringing my mom for pedicures and she loves the hospitality and service. She is very discriminating about her toes because of her diabetes. Being from the Bay Area this is a great way to pamper ourselves during our visits together. If you're looking for a great facial or waxing this is your place! Paula is amazing. I went in for an eye brow waxing and commented on how my skin felt horrible and asked about her facials. She recommend a signature calming facial. I booked it two days later and had a great experience! She was very gentle, calming and understanding of the issues I was facing with my skin. The facial included a light scalp and arm massage, was nice as well. I bought a few of the recommended skin care products and my skin has never looked better! I actually get excited to use the skin care and have already seen results. I'll definitely be back to visit her for my facial/waxing needs and trust her recommendations! I have also gotten my nails done by Danielle and she is great as well! This is a great spa and I recommended any of their services. I was really excited to try this place bc of all the reviews I read. I called to book an appt for myself and 5 of my friends. The first time was last week in which I was told a manager would call me back to talk about accommodations- no one ever called me. Then today I call back, the receptionist who answered was friendly and gave me options- she even said she would hold the spots for an hour and she would call me back to confirm which time. She didn't call back, so I called the salon a few hours later, in which I spoke with another receptionist who told me what I was told was incorrect. She was extremely short with me, I was shocked! Rate my experience? WHAT experience? Booked my 9:00AM pedicure 3 weeks in advance, only to receive a voicemail at 8:30 on pedicure day that the technician was sick. I get it, these things happen, but I find it hard to believe that the nail lady didn't realize she was ill until 30 minutes before my appointment (after I had driven clear across town from the far East side). Isn't it funny how Greentoes would've charged me 50% if it had been *ME* that called in to cancel at 8:30. How arrogant. Shame on you Greentoes, just for that you're not getting a second chance! I LOVE coming here!  I was in yesterday for a mani/pedi - I got the essential, which includes arm and foot massage.  It's been a long time since I've done this.  It was so relaxing - just what I needed!  I felt so pampered from the moment I walked in.  I offered tea or water, and I love that you pick your scent for your exfoliate. My nails look great, and I'm ready for spring now!  There are nice big comfy chairs to sit while you get your treatment, and they are careful and detailed in their work.  I love the little house/building they are in in the university area.  Very cute!  I felt like queen for an hour! Thank you Greentoes for making it simple to send a birthday gift to my stepmother that she loved!!!  She lives about 30 minutes away, and she and my Dad don't need a single thing, so birthdays and holidays leave me wondering "oh no, what to send/do?"; I panic for a good two weeks and then it is two days before the event itself and I make some last-minute decision and it often times arrives late.However, this year I was smart (as she pats herself on the back):  I looked on Yelp to see what was recommended for manicures and pedicures in the Tucson area, and Greentoes stood out.  A few quick clicks on their website, I liked what I saw, and I ordered an egift card for a manicure, pedicure AND could add the gratuity, which is a wonderful option that is not offered in many places.  I received a nice email later on from Victor (one of the owners) which was also very kind.She thought it was great when she opened her email, mentioned that she had even heard of them, and decided to wait until after the holiday madness to spend some time relaxing.  I received an email from her yesterday while I was doing anything but relaxing at work with a photo attached of her feet, and she loved her time there.Thanks to all for making me look brilliant for sending this gift!!!  :) Read Less

YES! Thanks Yelp for this awesome find. My daughter wanted to get a pedicure for her birthday so I searched "nail salon". I was not disappointed! It was easy to find, plenty of parking, customer service is great, and the express pedicure was only $35! I wish I had booked a longer pedicure because it was so relaxing. So, on my visit I had the good fortune of working with Fernanda.She is attentive and patient in the most beautiful and gracious way. I appreciated her level of communication and attention to detail. That seem to of the other specialists working. They will do an excellent job seemingly taking on the cues of their individual clients.I was very impressed with my manicure and pedicure. Especially my pedicure. Because the salon uses natural items, Fernanda me that the manicure would not hold for as long as I might expect. It's true. And less than a week, it was chipping away. However, the pedicure remained pretty pristine even a month after the service. Hugely impressed there.The takeaway point: Greentoes is not typical of standard salons. It doesn't feel like the specialists are droning on and on in jobs they despise. The folks here seem to love their work -- or, at a minimum, enjoy it. The space carries that same air.
