Went for a consult because I was looking to try something new to get my hair healthy and cut off all my dead ends, after some research I called the salon for a free consultation and I met Cierra the owner, she was so helpful and knowledgeable! I showed her a picture of the cut that I wanted from Instagram, a longer pixie- Rihanna good girl gone bad similar style, and from there I scheduled my appointment. My appointment went better than I expected, Cierra works very fast, and her work is nothing but quality. She added personal touches to the cut that I wanted, and after the cut, relaxer, wash, deep conditioner, and color rinse I walked out feeling like a new woman! She wanted the cut to be absolutely perfect, and made sure it was just so, even out the door. She takes much pride in her work, and is very reasonably priced. The owner Cierra was simply wonderful! I made a last minute appointment online and was able to accommodate me! I am a NYC transplant and I am used to excellence & professionalism when it comes to hair. Cierra did not disappoint! Due to growing out my hair from color & a short style it was a mess! Cierra spent the time asking me questions about my hair and lifestyle in order to provide me with the right service for me. I have got to say I had my doubts and with such an important event coming up in a few days ( my daughters wedding), getting hair extensions is a big decision at least for me it was, but all fears and uncertainty has been placed aside and smiles and compliments have been put in their place. I am over the moon on how my hair turned out, I LOVE it!!!! Tiauna created magic, she has got to be one of the nicest sweetest ladies I have met in a long time, she was very professionl and... even met me at Lee's to select my hair and make sure it was right for my particular need. Brittany Smith is amazing I called her and scheduled an appointment on the same day! Without hesitation she said she would be able to braid my hair at 5 pm. I have been searching for someone in Tucson to braid my hair exactly the way I wanted and for 6 years it was like no one understood what I was asking for.
