HORRIBLE.Both my sister and I got our nails done here. She had her nails previously done 3 weeks ago at our normal nail salon we go to, and just needed a fill and needed one nail repaired because she got in a horse riding accident and one cracked. She gets ONE nail put on here, and the rest just a fill with new polish.I got a brand new set put on with regular polish.Let's start by saying, neither one of us got "full" manicures. Meaning we didn't get lotion massaged on our hands, cuticles cut down, etc (we typically take care of our cuticles ourselves and never need it). Needless to say, when we both finished getting them done (which was incredibly rushed!!!) our bill came out to over $65!!!!! 65 for a fill and one plain set of acrylics put on is a little steep for a shop that rushed us, we got no extra things added on, and were treated fairly rudely. Oh well, I said, and paid on my debit card. Fast forward to Wednesday afternoon...my thumb nail POPPED OFF WHILE DRIVING! I did not hit it, did not touch it, nothing. It just came off. Thought maybe it was just that nail or something went wrong (I got my nails done on SUNDAY EVENING BY THE WAY..that's 3 DAYS LATER and it's falling off!). Now, Saturday morning, I wake up and another nail FELL OFF IN MY SLEEP!!!!!!! I texted my sister telling her this and guesss what? She sends back a PICTURE OF HER ONE NAIL SHE GOT REPAIRED AND PUT ON BY THEM AND IT FELL OFF TOO!!!this is ridiculous. If you look AT my nails as well that fell off, you can tell that it wasn't put on properly or the way they normally do nails at other salons. Typically when I get my nails taken off, there's creases in my nails where it was filed down and glued on, and you can tell I have acrylics. Both of my nails are smooth and look the same as they did before I got anything put on, which tells me that they didn't put them on correctly a time all.I originally wanted to just get my one nail repaired, however, now I just want my money back. 3 nails in 3 days seems EXTREME. I remember when they first moved in. The last place I was going to wasn't working out for me so I decided to try Suncoast. They are very personable and experienced with what they do. Whenrver you ask them to do a certain design or shape they'll do it without any hesitation. A big bonus is that they always keep up on trends! I will continuw to go here as long as I can! Decided to try this place after my last nail salon made me so angry I vowed never to return. Was so happy I did!!I love this place!!! Service was good. Nice people. Nails on the other hand...I got acrylics done and 2 nails have popped clean off and the others are lifting. These were done a week ago. Same with my friend that went with me. Not happy with paying for something that will only last a week. Won't be going back there. Read Less

Got a full set yesterday, UV gel for $40. The tech took her time and paid close attention to detail. I told her I am allergic to the glue, so to make sure the glue did not touch my cuticles. Many times, I will get bleeding, swollen, oozing cuticles and fingers from the glue getting on my skin - but 16 hours later I have no reaction! She used very little glue, as I requested. She was very personable and skilled with the gel. The surface of my nails look even. I will go back.
