Got my nails done exactly a week ago and every single one of them are lifting and had one pop off I called to see if they would fix them and got told they had to look at them.. what the he'll is looking at them going to determine other than the fact they are lifting... I work for a hotel front desk so it's not like I do something to cause this... very displeased if they won't fix them they will never get my business again... and I will be demanding my money back Read Less

First time there, was very busy for Saturday night but they were running a pedi special. One chair is broken. Not the cleanest place, very small and must be comfortable being right next to someone else. My chair massage worked intermittently. Very good with cuticles and such but massage part very short and basically just rubbed my legs a few times and some hot rocks and way too hot towel that probably cinged off any leg hair I may have had. If I was in the area I might go back but it wasn't relaxing. If you just need nails done I would recommend it. Read Less

As another reviewer said, it's worth getting over the fact that it's inside Walmart. Best manicure I've had in the east valley! Moved to Tempe about 2 years ago, and I've tried a number of nail salons in the area. Rude staff. Expect a young man who does my feet every time from here on out I will request him. They push to try and make u get gel because they have no dryers...prices for regular polish need to drop since all you can do is sit in the chair until they dry terrible customer service from the women.they lady cut my hands all up and then after painting didn't clean around them so I am now walking out with polish all around my hands. I asked for builder gel as my nails crack and girl took out a jar labeled gel powder (i now know there is no such thing) and told me best gel. When i went back to have the 'acrylic' removed I was told they don't know what "I" did to my nails but, they will do best to get off. They suggested i get false nails to cover. It has been a month and i still have acrylic that hasn't been removed properly and my nails are splitting worse, than ever.Read Less

First I should advise that I was trying to save money from my regular pedi that I love. I saw a "hot stone" pedi advertised for 18.00 while I was shopping at Walmart.I went home, called ahead & got an appointment so I didn't have any wait. The way the chairs were designed it was uncomfortable on my foot. Hard edge, NO cushion. Hmmm....I'm assuming she spoke no English because I told her twice I had cut them down at home (cause no one cuts them as short as I like to) and they were ready to file. She smiled and proceeding to cut what little she could still get.  Hmmm....The "hot stone" part was one pass over each leg once-lasting in all under 30 seconds. Then the regular massage was about 1 1/2 minute per leg. Hmmm....Her version of filing was to quickly pretend to swipe the  file across the very top of each nail. Didn't do ANYTHING as far as rough edges-I had to file them when home (as again, she didn't understand me-and I was giving up the battle).Now, polish time: I had brought my own, and advised her to please shake it well because I noticed when I did my nails the "pearl" look didn't  come thru without shaking the bottle well. She smiled and started to open lid with NO shaking at all. I really meant it, and again politely asked her, "Please-shake it-the pearl won't show up". She smiled and kept going. I said, PLEASE! SHAKE IT". She looked at me and said "I shook", and proceeded to polish. I had watched her the whole time. She NEVER so much as gave it one shake-I promise you. So she lied to my face. I finally gave up and just waited for it all to end.  After sitting to wait for  my toes to dry, I had to go up to her and ask for my bill so I could pay. I gave a good tip-I could shoot myself I just feel they probably don't make much money, but honestly-she didn't deserve a tip at all!!! This is my first time here. No waiting during a lunch period on a Tuesday. I am trying the mani pedi special for $26.99. It's nice and relaxing and the girls are not trying to speak with you which is real nice! The place is clean, I never would have tried this place inside a Walmart lol. But one day I was quickly walking into grab a few things the gal handed me a flyer. It was nice to see they wanted the business. And the prices seemed reasonable! I've stopped by a few other nail places closer to home and found they almost want double! I was like ummm no! So OMG Kim just gave me the best foot massage! Time for my mani! I absolutely LOVE this shop! A lot of the Regal salons in Wal Mart really suck!! This one is Amazing! I usually have LeeLee do my hands and feet, but either of the 2 ladies are good. ( I'm very picky) their prices are good and their promptness is exceptional.( you can only do nails so fast before they start lookin crappy) they try to speak English most of the time, like they don't look at you then start talkin in their language! They make  sure "you like" if not "they fix for you", they are very sanitary, & professional. All in all, I love them, I only have to visit once every 3-4 weeks (thats how good their products Are) & if you're in the area, stop by, they won't keep you waiting & you won't leave with empty pockets or a sad face. I always get a pedi & a shellac mani, fyi they have way more than a few colors, my guess is about 30 to pick from.  They do nice clean work & my nails look well manicured. I used to come here for my monthly pedicures, but ultimately I just didn't like sitting inside a Walmart, with shoppers constantly going by and noises drifting in- it should be relaxing! I don't avoid this place on purpose, but there are too many better choices in the area. Depending on the time of day, you may get in right away, or you might need to wait- but it's not like there's nothing to do nearby! It is very bright and clean inside. There are a few nail stations and 4 or 5 pedicure chairs. They have a TV on the wall that you can watch while you're getting your nails done. Everyone here is very welcoming and nice. I'm not too sure of the situation, but the business is run by and employs several family members. The techs love to chat you up but a few are very hard to understand. That, and I don't really have enough to talk about and usually just want to relax, so I make some small talk then break out a magazine. The service here is very inexpensive and standard. The best deal is a mani+pedi with hot stone massage that they always have on special. It's under $30, but you will be charged for anything non-basic and asked if you'd like each service as you go. The technicians are always very clean and meticulous with their work. If you get the callus removal, your feet will be baby soft afterward! No cuticles will go untrimmed. They do nice french tips but you may want to ask for a clear base polish- I think the one they use by default is too pink. You can also get nail art - they do a good job at flowers, but I haven't ever seen them do anything else. Read Less
