This place is very relaxing and always making sure you're okay and the staff did a great job on my mani, my coffin shaped nails are nice and sharp and well shaped like I've been wanting for a while. I went in Saturday for a pre wedding manicure. My nails were completely dry when I left. I got ready for the wedding and off I went. As I was driving to the wedding I noticed seven of my nails were ruined already. Only two hours had gone by since my manicure. The next day I went back to get my nails fixed. The guy told me to find my color and they would fix it. I stood there waiting for them to tell me where to sit for fifteen minutes. Finally I sat down and continued to wait for another twenty minutes. When the tech came to do my nails he was extremely rude and said that regular polish wasn’t meant to last very long. I said 1. It should for more than two hours and 2. Why offer the service if it’s not going to last very long. Again, after I left I looked down at my Nails a few hours later and several were chipped. Now it’s been 24 hours and there is not one nail that looks good. Lastly, online it said a manicure was $12 and they charged me $14, which wasn’t a big deal until I left with crappy looking nails and was treated so poorly. Don’t waste your time or money! Read Less

I had an incredible experience!The staff did such an amazing job. I got a pedicure, she spent a lot of time and worked with a lot of care and a great attitude. Had a full acrylic set done here today.Ted was my nail tech. Very pleasant & professional. They offer manicures & pedicures. Many unique nail styles & trends too.I was happy with my results ( see photo)..Approx. $45 for a full set. I'm not sure what the other fees are; as they don't have anything listed? Much like most of these nail places, it's a surprise at the end! It truly adds up -the more you "tack on" or the tech suggest the more you'll pay! So, in my opinion:"stick with the basics"! Not for Men: I have this same issue at other nail salons. They don't do a good job on men. I have found that as a man my manicure or pedicure was much shorter than that of women. Even accounting for the extras women get, such as nail polish they still don't give the same treatment to men. I pay the same and get a lot less. Read Less

Until today I would have given this salon a 5.  Today.... I came back because there was an issue that has never happened in the 7 years I have been a client of the salon.  You should have:  acknowledged that I had an issue and not tired to blame me for the issue I was bringing up,  should have decided to fix the issue without the ruckus that was caused,  and under no circumstances should have let me leave unhappy as I am.  Whether I am back in 2 weeks i don't know because I have started looking for elsewhere.  Customers do not deserve to be treated like that. Have been going here for the past two years. Always had good service but today was awful! The lady kept pulling on my fingers and telling me to relax! Went in and was greeted and seated right away. Glad I booked a appointment beforehand because the place is so pack. They make their own prices as they please , try to force you into paying for something you didn't want and already said NO to 5 times and still over charge you..if you want acrylic they will charge you for gel nails and then lie to you about it. This place sucks!!! Drove 2 hours from camp verde to this place for them to jack my nails up!! Uneven, crooked, and gooped up nails!! It took them 3 hours to do them. I've gone here off and on over the last couple of years. I will not be back. The lady that did my nails was rude. I showed her a flower design on my phone and she refused to do it in the colors I wanted. Then she told me to pick from their designs. I found something I liked and she told me it would cost $20 extra. I said that was fine and she then told me it would take too long. The man (who is the manager) came over when he heard me complaining to my daughter. I told him what had transpired and he was trying to justify her answers to me. I let him know that I was very unhappy with rude treatment and her lack of ability to do nail art when that's why they have won awards. He then offered to do a design for me. I refused because I was already upset. While I was drying, the nail tech was busy packing her things to leave for the day and carrying them out to her car. I've been coming to this place for a few years but each time it's gotten worse. They are very rude, they will rush you and speak in their language about you. My daughter showed them a picture of nails designs she wanted and they did them completely opposite. I made them redo to what she wanted. I think they should be named "Quality Designs" not nails. I unfortunately didn't read the other reviews prior to going to this location. I have lived literally a block away for over a year and have been traveling back to my regular nail salon (35 minutes away) during that time. I was dying for some where closer so I figured I would try this place. Left with mixed feelings:Pros: Lots of toe nail design options, and they did a great job on a design I showed them from Pinterest, that's it!Cons: Pedicure was rushed, and she had to go back after she finished to clean up the cuticles she cut in a rush.           Nails were rushed, all shaped different, acrylic was filed so much it looks clear (I paid extra for pink tint) I was told next time I should tell her what I want, which makes no since when I should her a picture of how I wear my nails (I haven't changed styles in over 5 years)I will not be returning.... This spot is like no other nail salon - it is so clean, has the most amazing service and technicians, the best colors. The price is definitely decent. for what you get it is definitely worth it. This place is, hands down the best place I have even gone. They are very low key, never up in your face asking you a million and one questions. I usually have a different person do my hands and feet every time I go. There usually is only one or two really good nail technicians at a salon, but at Quality Nails they are all amazing! There Gel Manicures last forever, and if one just so happens to get chipped or peel off, they fix it for you free of charge! The pedicures are wonderful, and also last me about a month! I used to love this place, from toes to fingers and even my eyelashes (before my wedding in October). Each time I go, I'm more and more disappointed. My gel polish lasts less than a week and after having my eyelashes done three times, the last will be my last. Not even two weeks ago I had my lashes done, the next morning, they were already falling out or drooping. During the appointment, I was left in the room, after I thought she was finished, and forgotten about, nearly walked out the door, but waited to pay anyway. Now the lashes have fallen out and left huge bald spots on my lids. Beware, do not get lashes done at this salon. After investigating, found they are not licensed or trained in eyelash applying. Walked in with beautiful long nails, walked out with stubs.For the first time in my life, I had long strong nails, thanks to some new supplements I was taking. So I thought that I would get a lovely manicure to show them off. The aesthetician asked me if I wanted them cut and I said no, just a tiny bit of a trim, squinting my eyes and putting my thumb and forefinger together as if to show an eensy teensy little bit.Two minutes later I looked down to see nothing but stubs. I was horrified. Yes, they will grow back, but that doesn't erase the fact that she didn't listen to me. On top of that, she had me hold my hands up in the air while she did the manicure. I thought clients were supposed to relax and the aesthetician was in charge of manipulating the hands as they see fit. And then she slapped some coldasshit massage cream on my arms, without even warming it up. Augghh.My friend had a much better experience, because she went to Cindy, who she has seen several times. Cindy is deaf and so they had a lovely time signing and Cindy is an expert when it comes to nail art.The manager did explain to me that a tiny little bit means cut everything down to nothing. If only I had known that before. They do have a big selection of colors, and if I do come back I will see Cindy, but right now I'm still in nail shock. Read Less

I love this place ! I have been going to this nail salon for 5 years in Az. I moved to Cali and visit AZ often. When I visit I always get my nails done here! THEY DO A FABULOUS JOB AND i wish they came to California and open a shop! I get the most fabulous designs and they do an amazing job. Set your expectations accordingly. I will note I don't go during "prime time" like Saturday - I seem to end up there off hours.I usually ONLY get toe nail polish (no pedicure, no thx), because as others said, the hand-painted designs are AMAZING and long-lasting. HUNDREDS of designs to choose from of ANY style-type you are, themes for every holiday, every season, interest, color-scheme, even Hello Kitty, cows, beach scenes, various fruits, sports teams, etc.  Crazy-good. Design stays on for MONTHS... they don't actually "wear off," they are actually half grown-out before they look so bad I have to go back!I have also gotten gel fingernails twice now, and the do fine and it lasts 2-3 weeks as they promised. It's not "luxury," the girls work very fast & don't chat much due to language barrier. But this isn't spa pricing, it's good pricing, fast work, long-lasting nail work.  I would NOT recommend it for a "spa" experience, which seems to be the reason many Yelpers are disappointed. A few people had recommended this place due to the variety of nail designs they have. However after trying twice, realized it was not the place for me. The workers were rude giving both dirty looks and were obviously talking about customers in another language. You will need to pay extra to get callus remover to even get off less than what typical salons do without the remover. They rush painting the nails, often getting bubbles and do not want to correct it. When they cut your foot (yes, you heard correct) they will blame you for coming in with it. I did not feel relaxed after the service, but felt like I needed to be observant to keep myself safe. Manager was not helpful either. My friend tried their 2 minute eyebrow waxing. It left hair and wax on her face. She needed to get it done again somewhere else. It was like a sweat shop. Not impressed. If you cannot find cute designs somewhere else, I would only go there for a color change needing a special design. Read Less
