I've been going here for acrylic fills for the last few months. Service is always consistently great, but if a mistake is made (smudged polish, a long wait) they fix it right away and with a smile. If you make an appointment they'll get to you right away. I did have to wait about a half hour the one time I made a 6pm appointment. I recommend appointments earlier in the day during the week if possible. They don't rush their work, so I understand them getting a bit behind with more complex appointments. Read Less

I liked the overall atmosphere which is why I at least gave it one star. I came in yesterday and the guy doing my nails was exceptionally rude, he kept pushing my fingers down and telling me to relax my hand when it clearly already was. He kept getting frustrated and pushing my finger down even more frequently to the point where he left and had another lady finish up my nails because he couldn't seem to handle it. I couldn't wait to get out of this place. I've been getting my nails done for years and this has NEVER been an issue and I've never dealt with someone who has such an attitude. This is the salon to go to quickly get your nails perfectly done.  The decor is stunning, it really feels like relaxing spa, it’s also very clean and it’s no odours because of their venting unit. Literally the best nail place I have ever been. I won't let anybody else touch my nails. Tammy does such a good job that literally a month or so later about a 1/2 of regrowth (busy schedule, I know I suck at having nails) my nails are still good and won't fall off or break/chip. If I want to talk we talk if I just want to sit in silence and be weird she's totally fine with it which is awesome because some days after I get off work I just don't want to talk to anyone and she gets it. The service is amazing and I always tell my friends to go to this nail bar because I've tried so many and this has to be by far the best nail bar due to their customer service, quality of service, and their talent. Loved this place. Good place to go with a friend because it's literally a bar and you get to sit side by side and talk. They were out of several colors which was disappointing but they didn't bother you the entire time with small talk. However if you wanted to talk they would. Price for a gel manicure was good only $28, I got a design on one and did have to pay an additional $5 which I don't know was worth that. Maybe if I had done more fingers but not for one, and I also wasn't told the price increase upfront but when I went to pay. Lien did a incredible job though, taking her time, meticulous and gentle. Polish Me Pretty Nail Bar is the only place I go now. Dee is wonderful in what she does. My nails looks so pretty, she cares how I feel. I used go so many places. I am so glad I found this place. Customer service was poor. I made a request for a flower and Lyn forgot. She acted like I didn't tell her and then said she couldn't do the flower because she had already put on the top coat. In reality she wanted to move on to the next pedicure. Nancy did a great job on my mani, though!!! Four stars for Nancy! Read Less

Nothing special. My 11 year old and I went there for her bday mani-pedi's. We were treated extremely curt, and the girls doing our pedi's only acknowledged each other and had inappropriate conversations in front of my daughter. Read Less

All the technicians are great. I have Tina. But my time there is more then I like... 2hrs & 45 minutes is just way too long. I made the appointment for 12 with somone else because it was Tina's day off. However, as my change of toe polish was donn, instead of having the girl i had an appointment with, Tina decides that she will do my nails... i sat and waited 1 1/2 hours for Tina to be,done with her one other client.
