LOVE MY NAILS AND TOES!! I am from out of town in Arizona for business. I needed to get my nails and toes done and lucked upon this gem! They close at 7pm and I made it there about 6:10p. I did not expect them to be able to accommodate me but they did. They stayed almost a half an hour past closing to allow my nails time to dry. I went to Jenna who did an AWESOME job!!! I'm only giving 2 stars because in the past, my manicures have been done satisfactorily. I decided to try this salon for a pedicure. What a mistake! ****BUYER BEWARE - THERE IS A $15 UP-CHARGE FOR GEL POLISH The tech in my eyes was very inexperienced. She did not test the water before running it over my legs so I got hit with hot water. She did a terrible job taking off my gel polish trying to file it off instead of soaking it off again burning me from the drill getting too hot. At one point she turned on the water to rinse my legs and feet but she did not check the spout so water went shooting up in the air spraying all over me, the lady next to me and the ceiling. Then she proceeded to take a phone call during the rest of my appointment for which she charged me the full price including a $15 up-charge for gel. Although I like the manicures I cannot return. First time customer. I called a couple of hours ahead to make an appointment. I also arrived 15 mins early. At my appt. time, I was seated to soak in a pedicure chair for 20 mins! The girl did apologize that they were busy but, what's an appt. worth? My actual pedicure was rushed and she scratched my baby toes with the file. I have little burns. Did not enjoy my visit. Will not coming back here even though the price was great. The tech I got did not even try to make a conversation. They did not have 2 colors i wanted. When the finally said they have the color, it turns out to be a wrong color... and it is obviously a wrong color but the tech doesn't realize until she finished all ten fingers. I told her the color is not correct and she finally notices. It appears that they had the bottle numbered incorrectly. When the finally find the right color, instead of taking off the incorrect color off my nails, she started coloring over the incorrect color. At this point, I just let her finish since I did not want to deal waiting. Then moved on to the pedicure. Omg.... this was a very painful experience and now I have an infected toe... It's been a while I've gotten a pedi, and I know she had to do a little work on my feet, but when she was cutting my toe nails, she used this pick and digged deep into the side of my toe. I've been in Arizona for about two years and this nail salon has been the best by far. I was greeted at the front, offered a beverage, and shown to my seat where I was immediately helped. I waited a full 2 weeks before writing this review to be totally fair because I wanted to see how my nails held up between visits.  The truth is my gel nail polish started peeling less that 24 hours after I got them done.  I actually posted on Snapchat but didn't save it otherwise I would post the pics/video here so everyone could see. I am profoundly confused by how this place has so many good reviews. I came here because it's close to work and some coworkers had recommend it. I will say that I, luckily, did not have my appointment pushed. I scheduled it for 2:30 and they were ready for me right on the dot. Beyond that, a very lack luster experience that included:1) the smell. I'm not certain if they just happened to have plumbing issues today, or if perhaps it always smells this way, but I'm not exaggerating or joking when I say it smelled like a dirty diaper in a STRONG way.2) they didn't have the color I wanted. No biggie, they have a huge selection of SNS so I chose the closest color I could find. I can confidently say what is on my nails now is NOT what was on the sample. It's fine, but not at all the same.3) complete lack of care. The place was dead when I went in. No need to rush to get customers through. My manicure is subpar in multiple levels. The ends of my nails are jagged, the technician got a random stuff all over my hands that I'm now picking off, and he finished the polish and simply stated "I'm done, wash your hands." No lotion, no hand massage, nothing. I've literally never experienced that during a manicure in my life. Overall, I spent just as much as I would anywhere else and felt like it wasn't worth it and wasn't done right. I'm so beyond over this place. I highly highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They cannot keep appointment times. They do not appreciate your business or make you feel welcome. The staff are grouchy and chat among themselves throughout your session, never giving their full attention and causing mistakes and slow service. When they make a mistake, (ie SNS lasting a week when it's supposed to last at least three) they make you feel bad for asking for a repair. When they are busy, they make you feel stressed. Only a couple of the techs have great skills, so if you are stuck with someone else you're SOL.Yes, this salon is pretty on the inside, and they do have a lot of colors. But don't be fooled. They do not care about their customers or about giving you a nice relaxing experience. This is a churn and burn operation. I am currently enjoying a stay cay in Tempe and needed a fill. After driving around i was lucky enough to find a great nail spa. The relaxing jazz music is a nice touch to the stay cay we are on. I posted a video of my red nails. Today a woman 'fixed' my pointer finger nail with the wrong color and in a complete different shape than my other nails! Previously, the owner was overlooking my manicure and directed Jenny to charge me $5 more because I 'have long nail beds'. When I already spent $35 on A manicure that costs everyone else $30, I went in to get it fixed and it came out terrible. My nails were done expertly, I love them. I travel a lot so it's nice when people take a walk in and do such a good job with someone they aren't familiar with. Only thing I would say is the tall chairs are hard for 60 year old women to sit on for extended periods. My feet fell asleep. But other than that it was great! I was disappointed that they made me and my friend sit away from each other. I made an appointment for us just so to make sure we could catch up during our girl time. The guy who did my nails was really rough on twisting my fingers so he could get a better angle and kept sanding my actual skin which hurt. I tried SNS for the first time and he didn't shape my nails, so it looked like bubble nails after several layers. Only when I went home and filed it myself I liked the result. When I left I noticed that my thumbs and index fingers were super matte compared to other shiny parts so I went back for a top coat cause the first time it never dried before he told me to go wash my hands. I love this place. I keep trying other nail places but this one is really nice. The technicians are funny and joke with me. They do nails very well and I always feel like my hands are properly maintained when I leave. I got SNS nails with two different colors; the technician made sure that they were perfect before I left. You will wait probably 20 minutes if you don't have an appointment but it is worth it I think. Highly recommend this salon. Read Less

I guess when I asked for some SNS manicured nails I forgot to tell them to hold the blood. My nail technician didn't seem to be too careful with his tools and kept scraping them on my skin and made me bleed. Not just once but 3 times. Never once apologized. I really DO enjoy how my nails turned out but I wish the experience hadn't been so unpleasant. After I got them done, I turned to my friend and asked them if manicures were supposed to be painful and they laughed and said "not usually." I don't get my nails done often, but I am definitely a little more weary now. If you go to this salon, just make sure you don't get my nail technician - male with glasses and a grumpy face. I'm not sure what is going on here honestly. So many problems. The first and most frustrating is the scheduling. I needed a last minute mani pedi for a wedding this weekend and went in a little after 5pm. I was told to come back after 6 and they could take me no problem. Okay. I went back a little after 6 and waited for almost 40 minutes. Note that they close at 7pm. Another girl in the waiting room had actually set a 6pm appointment and was only helped a few minutes before me. I would have left but it was already late and I was pretty desperate to get my nails taken care of before an early morning flight. They have lots of color options for shellac nails for my manicure but a really odd collection of regular polish for my pedi. Lots of bottles that are almost empty or so old the polish felt like sludge when I tried to shake it up. Anyways. 40 minutes after coming back they start on my hands. I'm a little annoyed at this point but I'm just happy to get my nail situation taken care of. But towards the end of my manicure I noticed a bubble in the paint and asked my manicurist to correct it.. and they actually groaned and rolled their eyes at me. There was no way there would be time to get my pedi done before closing and my eye rolling manicurist clearly didn't want to stick around any longer. I told them not to bother with my toes and just paid for my mani and left. Overbooking is just bad business. Don't bother taking appointments if you don't honor them. I was visiting Tempe and decided to get my nails done. Read Yelp reviews and felt confident about going here. I let the nail tech know that one nail has a permanent split so it needed special care. I was chatting with another person while the tech was working and realized too late that she had removed my old gel polish with a dremel, instead of soaking. Final story:  she took 2 of my nails down almost to the bed, including the problem nail. My once-strong nails are splitting to the quick.  Also: the tech did not add the silk patch to the split nail as I had requested. Word to the wise. Don't chat, always pay attention, and don't be afraid to tell someone to stop destroying your fingernails. I did not contact the owner since there is nothing that can be done to fix my nails, other than waiting for them to grow out. Read Less

I mainly chose this place because I needed a new nail salon and they had the SNS treatment that I normally love! I waited 25 minutes after my 2:00 appointment before I finally got helped, then the lady that was doing my nails cut them way shorter than I had asked for. She did a good job evenly applying the treatment and covering the whole nail. But when I got home I realized the nails were crooked and not very even. Two days after they started to chip at the top, and now a week later over half of them are severely chipped, which should NOT happen if it was quality SNS. I've come here many times not because it is close but because of the quality. They have a huge selection of regular nail polish and an even better selection of gel and SNS (the powder polish). They do a fantastic job everytime and are friendly. Like most nail salons if they are busy they seem to rush. They get pretty busy on weekends.For some reason the SNS manicure doesn't come with a massage but all others do and it costs more.
