Would not recommend to anyone. Been here a few times and have had no problems with the girls in the morning. But today I went in to get my nails done for my birthday and wanted some rhinestones on them. No one in the store could preform the task. If you get the man to do your nails I suggest you wait for one of the girls to do your nails. He did a very sloppy job and I waited in the chair for about an hour and a half.

Would not recommend to anyone. Been here a few times and have had no problems with the girls in the morning. But today I went in to get my nails done for my birthday and wanted some rhinestones on them. No one in the store could preform the task. If you get the man to do your nails I suggest you wait for one of the girls to do your nails. He did a very sloppy job and I waited in the chair for about an hour and a half.

I've been in every 2-3 weeks for a mani-pedi regular nail polish for a bout a year. At times there's a wait but usually not too long. Everyone there has worked on me and the service is great. The prices are not bad but I really wish they'd stock up on more polish. Some seem to run a little dry. I usually do a design or gem not everyone there does it but there is always someone there who can. They're polite and prices are good.

Worst customer service ever. Not even a hello. This older man did my nails. I asked for a gel fill. He was trying to put acrylic after I asked for gel, I had to stop him. When he was filing and shaping he did it without caring or even looking it seems. All my nails are diff sizes, he also cut my skin and didn't even care. Didn't try cleaning or acknowledge it, much less apologize. So rude, he over charged me $22 for fills? Ok. Sorry but no I didn't tip. I was so angry leaving this place. There was a crying baby there the whole time I was there. Not a pleasant visit and I def will not be back.

This is a great basic nail salon. I started going to get my toes done because I use the wax place next door. I have gone regularly for a year and always had great results, with a variety of techs. I added a gel manicure last visit and I'm very impressed.

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a nail salon! The place was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and nice, and my technician did an amazing job on my nails.

I've been going here for awhile. I usually see this young guy. But he wasn't there today.
So when I walked in there was a lady that greeted me. She did my pedicure. While I was getting my service, she pulled out her phone & made a few calls & text messages. She did this twice. I had made up my mind that she wouldn't be getting a tip. When she was scrubbing my foot, I let her know I was ticklish & laughed, made a joke & she didn't look up or even acknowledge I had said anything to her.
At the end of my service, I looked at my toes & they looked good! So I was like eh. I'll tip her 2 bucks. (I'm a hairstylist, & sometimes we live off those tips, so I couldn't do that.) we get to the register & she asks do you want to tip me? I said yeah 2 dollars. She hands me my receipt face down. I grabbed it & walked out. I finally get time to look at my receipt & she gave herself bigger tip than I had told her to... So disappointed. I'll never be going back.

Worst customer service ever. Not even a hello. This older man did my nails. I asked for a gel fill. He was trying to put acrylic after I asked for gel, I had to stop him. When he was filing and shaping he did it without caring or even looking it seems. All my nails are diff sizes, he also cut my skin and didn't even care. Didn't try cleaning or acknowledge it, much less apologize. So rude, he over charged me $22 for fills? Ok. Sorry but no I didn't tip. I was so angry leaving this place. This is a great basic nail salon. I started going to get my toes done because I use the wax place next door. I have gone regularly for a year and always had great results, with a variety of techs. I added a gel manicure last visit and I'm very impressed.

So when I walked in there was a lady that greeted me. She did my pedicure. While I was getting my service, she pulled out her phone & made a few calls & text messages. She did this twice. I had made up my mind that she wouldn't be getting a tip.
