I went last Saturday for a fresh set of acrylics. Not only did the man cut me he cut the acrylics with safety scissors. My nails are uneven, the nail polish chipped off the next day. Worst place ever!! Manager has a horrible attitude and the michelle girl is rude as well and thinks she can do whatever she wants on anyone's nails she didn't even do my nails like I asked she did it her own way! And it was a horrible paint job,when I told her about herself she got mad and continued to text on her phone,SHE IS ALWAYS ON THE PHONE! Never paying attention to the customers or her job!! Also My daughter  simply asked if she can get a double coat on her nails and the guy got rude and told my daughter to get her nails done somewhere else!! Then he said that its not up to her what he does with her nails because he's the professional and he can do whatever he wants with HER NAILS!? He made my daughter cry! This place is more good than bad. It's relatively close to where I live and they always have me in a chair within 10 minutes of arriving, so I can't complain about the wait. Prices are in line with other salons offering the same services. This is by no means a high end salon, but it definitely gets the job done.  A couple stars off because they tend to shape nails how they deem best rather than as asked and although I tend to like how my eyebrows are styled here, the wax is usually too hot. It was like going through a torture to my nails and cuticles. I got a french manicure a week back and they cut my cuticles on 3 different fingers. It hurt so bad and now it looks ugly at the end of my nails. I also still have dead skin peeling off from behind my cuticles. :( Read Less

It's hard when you move to a new city and have to find a new nail shop! This place was fine. It was nothing extraordinary. I didn't really feel like I got an adequate foot massage and the paint job is a little messy. But all in all, I've had worse.This might be a good back up, but I think I may continue looking around for my permanent place. Read Less

Came in about 45 minutes before closing. They were extremely busy. I initially wanted a mani and pedi but changed my mind due to timing purposes. They asked me to wait a few minutes and they'll start my pedicure. I didn't mind waiting since I really needed it. Once they started, another technician became available and said she'll go ahead and start my gel manicure if I still wanted it. I immediately agreed and picked out my color. The service was great! And the reason I am giving them 5 star is for their customer service. They went over 20 minutes after close time to finish my services and make sure I was satisfied. Very sweet technicians. Don't get eyelash extensions here!!!!!! They did a terrible job. They didn't even last a week. She left clumps of glue.. my eyes really hurt from the glue pulling on my eye. My real eyelashes are ruined thanks to the poor application job. Trust me if you want eyelash extensions go to someone who is well trained. This lady just wanted my money. Found this place via Yelp, decided to go get mani/pedi after successful wedding dress shopping at Strut. Yelp didn't let me down, this was a great little salon. We went without an appt at 6:15 (they close at 7) and they took my sister and I in no problem and were very sweet. Luxury pedi was really nice, massage coulda had more pressure but they made up for that with the best callous treatment I've ever had. My feet are insanely smooth, she really did a great job.The shellac mani ran into problems however because my thumb wouldn't cooperate and she had to redo it three times. After the first time I told her to just leave it- there was like a little air bubble and it was past closing and I felt bad. But she wanted to do it perfect so she redid it till it was. Even though I would have accepted having one thumb nail polish looking a bit off I'm glad she wanted to fix it cause it took the pressure off me. I think my one regret is not having more money to tip (it's cash only). I gave a nice tip, but wanted to over do it a bit cause she was so good. Read Less
