Got my nails done here last Sunday on a suggestion from a coworker I received a gel manicure and paid $27 plus tip. Five days later and the polish is chipping and peeling off!. The last gel manicure I had at another salon lasted a month and the polish held up flawlessly! I’m contacting them today to see if they will make this right. The nail tech I had didn’t even have me wash my hands before polishing and I even questioned him about it and he said it was unnecessary. In this busy world I don’t have time for things like this!! I've never had a bad experience. Does Vicky still work there?! She's the BEST nail tech to walk this earth. Ever since I've moved away from Tempe, I refuse to get my nails done because I don't believe anyone will ever be as great as her. She got me into dip powder as well. I recently moved to Frisco TX and no one down here can compare to my nail tech Vin at this location. I would highly recommend anyone to go to him!I've been going to Vin since I was a young girl going in with my mom. That's over 12 years.He does an amazing job on any nail request: gel, acrylic, dipping powder, to regular nail painting! I've yet to have ANYONE do my nails as good as him! I recently visited my family in the Mesa area and we traveled 30 mins away just to get our nails done by him. FYI EVERYONE...Tyler and Amanda have SOLD THIS BUSINESS. Although it is under the same name there is a new owner and new workers. They do not value their customers the way Tyler and Amanda did. One guy in particular got way to familiar with me and upon my arrival put his hands on me!!! I had to immediately inform him to get his hands off of me and that I was his CUSTOMER!!!!The quality of the work is so bad now that my gel application had to be removed and totally reapplied to remove all the bubbles that appeared on my nails. Was referred here by a relative of the owner. I went and loved my pink & white acrylic nails! It's hard to find anyone who wants to do acrylic anymore. All want to do SNS dip. I do not like the dip method with pink & white. Found my new place even though it's a 20 minute drive from my house. Absolutely worth it! Read Less

Right around the corner from where I live! The location is perfect. The staff is very professional and funny! They were able to get me in right away for a mani-fill and pedi and I didn’t even have an appointment. I thought the prices were pretty typical for nail salon prices. I've been going to this place for about a year now and up until recently the service has been decent, nothing exceptional but it was worth it cause the price is somewhat decent. The last three times I have been there, three different technicians have done a terrible job. They've half-a***ed all three times. Today I went in for a gel manicure (had an appointment for dip powder, but I changed it mid-day to gel, WAY before my appointment) and one of their employees forgot to make the change in their system. They take me for the appointment after saying they won't be able to do a gel manicure tonight (which I thought to myself yeah, why not? Because I had called and made the change mid-day for an appointment that was at 6:15 p.m.). They take me in great but it's not like they were going out of their way, the appointment was already set regardless of whether it was for dip powder or for gel. I asked for a gel manicure even when I had come in and once I was seated the guy proceeds to get a buffer they use during full-sets and dip powder to take cuticles off when I had clearly said I wanted a MANICURE. I hate the buffer/drill thing because it damages the skin around my nails, I tell him this and he argues with me and says "that's not possible". I pick out my two colors and half way through he used a different silver color that was sitting on the counter and then says "you confuse me, why you want three colors" and my response, "I didnt pick 3, I picked 2 and I think you just used the wrong color". Long story short all of those interactions were with me brushing it off with "it's not a big deal" while this technician raised his voice and sounded irate.  He yelled at me several times and in front of other customers till the end of the session. Long story short, I left the place almost in tears and I will never be going back there again. They are rude, they don't do a good job and their product is cheap. The dip powder has come off less than a week after I have gotten my nails done (this has happened 2 out of the 4 times I've gotten dip). Oh and if you tell them that - they'll sit there and argue with you. A response I previously got was "that doesn't happen with dip powder" (same technician as today!) Bottom line: their prices are ok, customer service is shitty, service in general is shitty and their products are cheap. You generally pay for what you get but at I mentioned it's not like their prices are super cheap. Read Less

My go-to nail place. I live in the downtown area in Phoenix, and there are no salons there that compare, so it is worth traveling for. The staff was nice and professional but I felt rushed. Initially I decided on a full set and then I wanted to change my mind to a different service after my pedicure. I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience for them to change the service and they had no problem telling me that because I changed my mind that they lost another customer during that time. I have been here before several times and even had the nails for my bridal party done here years ago. I always felt over charged but the results are great here. This place is terrible. They always charge you more than necessary. I came in for pink and white gel about 3 weeks ago and the fill was 20 dollars. I came in today and they said yes 20. I even asked about 20 again during the middle of my fill. When I checked out to pay the girl told me 23. I was so pissed I even told her "you said 20 dollars twice today and last time it was 20 I remember 100 percent". She kept giving me excuses. I hope losing a customer is worth 3 dollars. I tip very generously every time. I am done with these idiots. I got long acrylic nails a month ago and they charged me 5 dollars extra for "the length". This is unheard of.
