Had a great experience with an extended family pedicure. The special orange scrub felt amazing. They were so attentive and very professional for our large group. We were able to make a reservation for the 10 of us to all sit next to each other after we called a week ahead and it was perfect. I went Friday for a pedicure, and came back on sat for a scheduled nail appointment. The receptionist failed to ask me for a stamp card so that i could get credit for the purchase of my pedicure and my daughters friday . When I left (closing time) , I figured no big deal maybe it slipped her mind, im sure they will honor as my scheduled nail apt was 9 am the following morning. When I asked the other receptionist if I can get credit, she asked the owner and he clearly said no to our face. Knowing he had seen me the night prior. To continue i spent over 100 and they would not give me a stamp POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME AS THAT WAS MY 1ST TIME COMING BACK IN 14 YEARS. I WAS EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AND LOOKED OVER THE FACT THAT ON MY PEDICURE THE GIRL WHO DID IT TOUCHED THE HOT STONE ROCK ON MY LEG FOR 5 SECONDS.... I DONT CONSIDERAT THAT a hot stone massage ..... paid for less than I got... i tried to like but i would NEVER Reccomend this plave again. Love this place, everyone is very friendly. I've been twice now. Once as a walk in, They were VERY busy, it was 3 days before Christmas, I had to wait but not long. I appreciated them accommodating me at such a busy time. Joey did my gel manicure and did an amazing job.It lasted longer than other gel manicure I have ever had. Horrible service. The best service came from the girl at the front desk. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I'm very personable and tip very well. Loved Jason, very kind and great work. Tina, did my eyebrows and I told her twice the wax was to hot. She told me don't worry the red will go away In alittle bit. Her bedside manner was definitely rough, and extremely annoyed with I asked her to even them out. Nevertheless, 5 hours later Ive still got a burn mark that she said would go away shortly after. I've gone to Cobblestone for years, but won't after today. My two girlfriends and I had appointments at 9:30 which is what they said they had available. I had to be home around 10:30 to nurse my son. At 9:50 I asked them how much longer and they said 10-15 minutes. We asked why it was taking so long and the receptionist said they had 9:00 appointments. I asked to speak to the owner who wasn't in. We ended up leaving without any services because I had to get home. This is now the second time this has happened to me. We will all find other nail locations. Read Less

Had a lovely experience at Cobblestone Nails. I've driven by it plenty of times without having noticed it. When I went in, I chose my nail color and was immediately taken over to a pedicure station. I was offered a bottle of water - so nice on a hot day! I did have to wait for a nail tech to be free, but honestly, it's better to wait with my feet soaking than in a lobby. I didn't have an appointment so I was fine waiting. The woman who did my pedicure was nice and she did a great job. The store was clean and my pedicure was reasonably priced. I'll be back. Read Less

LOVE this place. My nails last longer here than from any other salon I've gone to. They are always accommodating and can usually get me in if walk in. The space is clean, beat and the massage chairs all work. They've been in business around 15 years or so and have multiple repeat customers, which speaks volumes about the quality of their service and product. Read Less

This place is incredible. So open and light. Tons of space, unlike most of the crowded nail spas around the valley. All of the employees are so very kind and caring; they take their time and do a great job. Their colors are organized. Actually, everything about this place is organized and clean. They use a different liner each time they do a pedicure, which I love. Again, most spas just use the same tub for each customer with no liner.Prices are reasonable. All around an amazing experience! For $15 I guess you get what you pay for.  Actually it was $20 because when I paid I wasn't offered any change.  He just assumed it was his tip & pocketed it.  So awkward!  Also expect 20-30 minute wait time, appointment in advance didn't really seem to matter.  And neither did my nail shape.   When I came in they were squared, and before I could clarify that's what I wanted, he had filed off my edges so I guess grounded almond is what I get! My mom and I decided to stop in here and get our nails done for the first time. My mom needed a gel manicure and I asked for a regular manicure for myself. The technician I had was kind, but she didn't check to make sure each nail was coated evenly, so she ended up leaving bits of nail polish on the corners and parts of my nail were without nail polish. During the process another nail tech had to come over and tell her to turn on her light, which made me raise an eyebrow. Shouldn't you be doing that in the first place to make sure the polish is even? She then had me sit and place my nails under the UV light, but didn't tell me for how long which was frustrating, as I didn't know what time they'd be finished drying. What really made me upset was that my mom's technician was a total b****. No friendliness, no asking "How does this look?" Instead, she just grabbed her nails and rushed so much that she ended up cutting my mom's cuticle! And a word to the receptionist, you should probably talk to the nail techs when they're NOT working on a customer's nails... you're there to be a receptionist and greet people, not to talk to the manager about your social life. I will not be back due to this experience and would recommend that you take caution in coming here unless you want a rushed nail job. Read Less

I've been to a fair share of nail salons because not only are there so many places, but there are so many talented nail technicians so I like to show everyone love. I never had a go-to nail place (not because I didn't like any enough, but because I always wanted to try new places). That ended when I came to cobblestone! I've been three times and will definitely be going whenever I want to get my nails done.The customer service is exceptional. They usually have a sweet girl at the front greeting and checking customers in. I've never made an appointment, have always done walk-ins and never had to wait more than 10 minutes (I pick my polish color during my wait time). The salon itself is very clean and polished (pun intended) and their pricing is very reasonable.I've been growing my nails out for quite some time and ended up splitting three nails but I superglued them (because I refused to let go). The owners wife repaired my split nails with a touch of acrylic powder and they've been going strong ever since.I don't see myself having a bad experience at this place, ever. This place is the best nail salon I've ever been to. Clean, easy to walk in or make an appt. I always get my nails filled by Sophia who is amazing. She makes my acrylics look natural and are always shaped perfectly. Su and his wife are the owners and he greets everyone as they come in and remembers the regulars. I came in after getting off of work. I appreciate that they're open late. They greeted me so warmly. All the employees were laughing having a good time and were genuinely happy to be there even thought it was really busy and close to closing time. I got a pedicure from Christine. She did a great job and the polish looks flawless. Tsu is truly an artist when it comes to nails! I showed him a picture of what I wanted he said no problem and my finished nails looked even bette...r than the picture I had showed him! The acrylic was shaped so perfectly to look natural. Not too thick nor not too thin. The ombre was delicately designed. They even stayed late to finish me up which shows some dedication to their customers. They spent almost two and a half hours on me!
