I went to get my nails done and this vulgar nail Tech who sits in the back on the left side, he wears a black baseball hat and black vans was cussing talking about MOLLY and other drugs. He made my visit very uncomfortable. I wonder if he kisses his mother with that mouth. Not only is he disrespecting himself but the establishment he works for. At one point the music went off and he put on the most profane music on his phone. Ironically he was talking about how this one customer wrote a bad review on how vulgar the music was. His response to that was if you don't like it get the F***out while explaining the situation to his customer! When the music was off he said it reminded him of church and that when he put that disgusting music on his phone. Thank God the store music came back on right away... He Said now they can only listen to pop, as if that was a disappointment. This guy needs Jesus! He has too much hate in his heart. Buff n file needs to hire more professional people. That Guy i think his name is CJ needs help, seriously.

I went here for a gel mani/pedi before a wedding and am so disappointed with the manicure. My nails are unevenly filed and painted. Way too much gel was applied and the nails do not have a smooth look to them from the side. She broke the tip off of one of my nails with the way hurried and harsh way she was filing them, but didn't even it out before applying the gel polish. I had two acrylics put on because two of my natural nails had broken, one of which is incredibly thicker than the other and my other nails and it is very noticeable... My pedicure was amazing, the nail tech did a wonderful job. The paint is smooth and not globbed on. They also have a really great selection of colors and brands of nail polish.I don't know why I was given two different techs, but after spending $99 with tip, I can't say I would return for that quality of work.

I went close to closing and they made time for me. I got a pedi, gel manicure and eyebrow wax. They didn’t rush although they were closing. They took there time without cutting me like other salons have repeatedly done in the past. They have a nice selection of colors and I saw they did nice designs on other ladies. I went with a simple color, but it looks great. Professional and friendly staff. Cute setup. I will definitely go back.

Honestly the best nail salon I've ever been to! 1) The place is adorable. 2) Fair prices! 3) They're great at doing nails!! Obviously! They don't rush it at all; they take their time and make sure it's done right and done well. 4) They're really nice! And not pushy at all! Anywhere else people will tell you what you want, but here they ask and check in with you to make sure what they're doing is the style you're going for! Love it!!

Pretty nice nail salon. If you go in at a busy time, they offer to make you an appointment for later in the day. I've had to do this about 3 times. I only had one time where I made an appointment and had to wait a while (usually they just bring you right back when you walk into the door), but it was like 2 days before Christmas so it was pretty jam-packed for them all day. I'll definitely be going back again, though!

The staff was nice and super friendly was a great experience until a few things I noticed they charge 5$ extra for coffin or stilleto shape which I have never experienced I have been to dozens of shops... I've heard of charging extra for length but not shape.. I could get past this thou 5$ is nothing. I had two people who were doing my nails I explained to the first girl I wanted white with a... gold glitter powder on one finger I don't know if it was misunderstanding on what I wanted but they showed me a powder I said yes thats what I want and then the girl but a glitter nail polish on that looks more yellow then gold I expressed I did not like the polish her response was she could put another coat to make darker. Also my nails Are all diff lengths..don't get me wrong this place is okay but not somewhere I'd return they didn't give me what I wanted at the end of the day. See More

This is one of the better places I have found since moving to Mesa, clean, friendly, and good quality. The only 2 issues I have had (and they definitely aren't deal breakers) are the color selection isn't that impressive and I had gotten a mani/pedi and they did the manicure while I was getting the pedicure. She had a pillow with a towel on my lap doing my nails as another lady did my toes, it wasn't very comfortable and definitely wasn't relaxing, but next time I know to request them be done separately.

My new favorite Sunday ritual. This place is super cute and spotless. The staff is friendly and they absolutely recognize repeat customers. The best part is how they organize their polish collection - every plain bottle has a matching shellac so you can get matching mani pedis. My shellac manis have ALWAYS lasted two weeks and the only reason I need them redone is because my nails grow so fast. They take walk ins and they're a very efficient group so the wait isn't usually bad, but I still recommend an appointment. Everyone else has figured out this place exists and it can be busy!

I have been going to nail shops for over 10 years now (consistently every month). This is my best experience at any nail shop. You will notice the difference as soon as you walk in. The employees are cheerful, laughing, smiling, and going out of their way to pamper you. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. This is the first salon that I didn't have to ask for it do be done at the same time. I was in and out in one hour. It may be a little more pricy than other nail salons, but I would go here over any other place. The lady who did my nails was amazing. She put so many coats on and made sure they looked perfect. Felt very rushed (polish hadn't even dried when I was told I was done and invited to vacate the chair; 8 of 11 chairs empty). Paid $34 for what I normally pay $24ish for, WHILE still sitting waiting for polish to dry. It's a nice, new nail salon, but it felt very rushed and priced a bit too high.

I really loved this place! After going to Rileys Nails and having a gel mani that peeled after six days, I needed another manicure. I found this place on Yelp and loved it. The salon itself is a very bright space with an amazing modern feel. The decorations are so pretty and the pedicure chairs are really new and up to date. The owner of the shop did my nails and was amazing. Also, they have SO. MANY. COLORS. This is so important to someone like me that want something different every two weeks and never repeat.

I was greeted right away and directed to the nail polishes and massage chair immediately after. Everything was amazing! The prices are reasonable and I felt that that service matched, if not more. The deluxe pedicure was excellent. Hot stones, towels, and sugar scrub!! Super relaxing. The best part was I never felt awkward and the workers were extremely friendly. Will be back again!

Just went here today with my brother. We both got manicure and pedicure. The interior is so nice. Very clean and modern decor. They use all new, sterile tools for each client and have liners in the tubs which is a must! They have a large selection of colors and different types of pedicures that range from $24 to over $50. I got the 3rd tier which was $44. It has the hot wax, extra long massage/scrub, hot stone rub and multiple lotions and oils. It was awesome. Totally worth the money! Will definitely be going back

Pretty nice nail salon. If you go in at a busy time, they offer to make you an appointment for later in the day. I've had to do this about 3 times. I only had one time where I made an appointment and had to wait a while (usually they just bring you right back when you walk into the door), but it was like 2 days before Christmas so it was pretty jam-packed for them all day. I'll definitely be going back again, though!

The staff was nice and super friendly was a great experience until a few things I noticed they charge 5$ extra for coffin or stilleto shape which I have never experienced I have been to dozens of shops... I've heard of charging extra for length but not shape.. I could get past this thou 5$ is nothing. I had two people who were doing my nails I explained to the first girl I wanted white with a... gold glitter powder on one finger I don't know if it was misunderstanding on what I wanted but they showed me a powder I said yes thats what I want and then the girl but a glitter nail polish on that looks more yellow then gold I expressed I did not like the polish her response was she could put another coat to make darker. Also my nails Are all diff lengths..don't get me wrong this place is okay but not somewhere I'd return they didn't give me what I wanted at the end of the day. See More

This is one of the better places I have found since moving to Mesa, clean, friendly, and good quality. The only 2 issues I have had (and they definitely aren't deal breakers) are the color selection isn't that impressive and I had gotten a mani/pedi and they did the manicure while I was getting the pedicure. She had a pillow with a towel on my lap doing my nails as another lady did my toes, it wasn't very comfortable and definitely wasn't relaxing, but next time I know to request them be done separately.

My new favorite Sunday ritual. This place is super cute and spotless. The staff is friendly and they absolutely recognize repeat customers. The best part is how they organize their polish collection - every plain bottle has a matching shellac so you can get matching mani pedis. My shellac manis have ALWAYS lasted two weeks and the only reason I need them redone is because my nails grow so fast. They take walk ins and they're a very efficient group so the wait isn't usually bad, but I still recommend an appointment. Everyone else has figured out this place exists and it can be busy!

I have been going to nail shops for over 10 years now (consistently every month). This is my best experience at any nail shop. You will notice the difference as soon as you walk in. The employees are cheerful, laughing, smiling, and going out of their way to pamper you. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. This is the first salon that I didn't have to ask for it do be done at the same time. I was in and out in one hour. It may be a little more pricy than other nail salons, but I would go here over any other place. The lady who did my nails was amazing. She put so many coats on and made sure they looked perfect. Go here. NOW!

That moment when you KNOW the techs are talking about you. That moment you want to try out a new place and discover the service is over priced for the experience. Felt very rushed (polish hadn't even dried when I was told I was done and invited to vacate the chair; 8 of 11 chairs empty). Paid $34 for what I normally pay $24ish for, WHILE still sitting waiting for polish to dry. It's a nice, new nail salon, but it felt very rushed and priced a bit too high.

And it's hard to find a place that has great service and hospitality along with good price. I searched on Yelp and saw the reviews and the ratings along with the price and thought why not, it never hurts to check it out. I wasn't disappointed at all! This place has a modern feel to it, Very clean and chic and the vibe is great. I am glad I came here and Will continue to come here.

I really loved this place! After going to Rileys Nails and having a gel mani that peeled after six days, I needed another manicure. I found this place on Yelp and loved it. The salon itself is a very bright space with an amazing modern feel. The decorations are so pretty and the pedicure chairs are really new and up to date. The owner of the shop did my nails and was amazing. Also, they have SO. MANY. COLORS. This is so important to someone like me that want something different every two weeks and never repeat.

Buff N File was busy but she took her time and made sure I like my nails before we finished. A water was at my station before I even sat down. I will be coming back and bringing friends. Bring cash! They take cards but you get a punch card for paying cash.

I was greeted right away and directed to the nail polishes and massage chair immediately after. Everything was amazing! The prices are reasonable and I felt that that service matched, if not more. The deluxe pedicure was excellent. Hot stones, towels, and sugar scrub!! Super relaxing. The best part was I never felt awkward and the workers were extremely friendly. Will be back again!

Very clean, modern, comfortable setting with very nice staff. The managers do their best to accommodate you, and they understand all of your requests. Definitely would recommend, and I am definitely going back!

They use all new, sterile tools for each client and have liners in the tubs which is a must! They have a large selection of colors and different types of pedicures that range from $24 to over $50. I got the 3rd tier which was $44. It has the hot wax, extra long massage/scrub, hot stone rub and multiple lotions and oils. It was awesome. Totally worth the money! Will definitely be going back
