I have been to Bella Nails twice and both times I had a great experience. It has been along time since my nails looked like this not to mention my eyebrows are perfect as well!! The first picture is a new set and the second is my fill from today. After 2 weeks my nails werent lifting and there was no overage from where they grew out also my fill has no fill lines they look like a new set still! Hmmm... so pro/con list.Pro: paid $23 for a gel manicure (not including tip).Con: I think maybe only 2 people work here so be prepared to wait over an hour at some points. Called to make an app and still had to wait 40 mins.My sister was getting some chrome nails done, she chose a certain hue, and the nail woman adds a different, plain hue on her nail, then asked if that was the one she wanted. It wasn't but she didn't want to say so and have them restart the process again. No hand massages. :( I know they were rushed, but having them pour oil on your hands and then telling you to do it yourself wasn't what I was expecting lol.My gel manicure seems to be holding up, but my sister's chrome gels chipped after a day. This place always does a wonderful job and is very affordable! I get the gel and it never chips. They are definitely my go-to place. Reason for 4 stars is that there have been a handful of times where I've driven all the way there to find they are just randomly closed despite their posted hours saying they should be open. Really frustrating and should not happen with a business! So I recommend at least calling first to ensure they're open, otherwise this place is great! Read Less

I just moved to Scottsdale about 2 months ago and have been searching for my permanent nail salon. Bella will definitely be it for me!!! I have been to 2 other salons while living here and would not go back to either. It was only $40 for a gel mani and normal pedi. I was in and out within an hour and a half and the staff was super sweet! They have SO many colors to choose from (more than both of the other places I went to COMBINED.) Just moved in this area, decided to try this place since it's literally 5 mins away from where I live...I got a pedicure :) usually a manicure but I was short on time. Service-was top notch, came in, they were welcoming and nice, they took care of me right away lady took her time & did a great job! Wait time-great, came in around 10am on a Friday morning. There wasn't much ppl in which is what I love no need to wait. Pricing-affordable, definitely got my money's worth! This place is super quick and affordable! There is never a wait to get my nails done and they were very careful when taking off my old set of nails! This is something I really appreciate because there's nothing worse than getting acrylics ripped off when they have been on for months! I would come here more often but it's far from my house. I went in to get a simple fill and an hour and a half of horrible service later I look down and my nails were horrendous. To start off one of the males started ripping off my previous nails, you'd think he knew that me repeatedly saying "ouch" was an indication to stop, but he didn't even acknowledge my pain. Then after standing at the front waiting to pay a lady rudely approached me and gave me attitude when I was verifying that the tip was going to the guy not in the drawer. I came here to get both a pedicure and a full set for one they weren't super welcoming this place is already super sketchy. So I get told to pick a color they don't have a verity to begin with once I let her know what I want done she says she knows what she's doing I paid for callous removal I had mentioned that I still had some she ignored me okay fine whatever afterwards I asked for her to file my nails she didn't once she was done she put my sandals on she managed to smear one and she just went over it with w coat I told her I could still see it and asked her to do it again she did and now one of my toes is lighter shade then the other ones. They never empty voicemail box!!!!!! Their website does not list hours for each day they are open. They also don't listen when I say Very Very Square and Don't File Sides as my real nails grow wide what is left of them. Also, they do not clean under your nails like other salons. I asked for a fill with regular polish. Assuming it was gonna be no more than 20 (cause according to their price list - fills are 15+), the guy that did my nails ended up filing my nails crooked and said it was my fingers... I have been getting acrylics for awhile.. I'm well aware of how my fingers look with PERFECT filed nails. He even charged me to take off the polish I had prior when I came into the salon. That should be part of the process to get a fill... He ended up charging me $30..... while my friend got a fill with gel polish for $30... I could've gotten a full set for cheaper else where. I went to Bella for the first time and it was the best nail experience I've had yet! The nail technician was very polite and inviting, even though I came right after the store opened. She did my nails exactly as I asked for her to and kept making sure along the way that I was satisfied. The price was very affordable, as it was only $36 for a full set with gel and glitter! At first they seem friendly and I feel relaxed then once I ask about a nail design they go crazy! I don't even want to know what google  translator would show. I am beyond upset and more stressed than when I walked out of work, the massage was a joke and the quality of product not any better. I'm surprised this place has such high reviews. The people that work here are fairly friendly and the salon is pretty clean, but the services was some of the worst I have experienced in a while and I get my nails done a lot. I went in to get my nails refilled and repainted. Not only did it take way too long just to get a fill, over an hour, but they turned out crooked, and uneven, I have a few cuts on my fingers and the guy doing my nails charged me more than what they said it would me.I think the overcharge came from me asking him to file my nails down and when he barely shortened them I asked for shorter so he had to refile a few after trying to convince me to just keep them long. 4 Stars because there's nothing terrible about them, painting was precise but also not wowing me. LocationThe crossroads are Scottsdale and Curry on the west side. It was kind hard to find... it has a private lot which is about car lengths width, so be careful. Interior There was nice modern nice deco, it was clean and smelled pleasant. Spacious as well for a small place. PedicureI got a basic by a younger soft spoken tech. It was a very delicate massage, almost made me wish for another massage.... maybe you'd have better luck if you asked for it harder. I found it odd the used cuticle oil for the massage as well. The hot stones included in every pedi were warmish and more like brushed against me... I've gotten hot stones on my back and it surprisingly hot with deep kneading which is what I hoped for. They didn't use foot file like other places I've been to at least not with the basic. I didn't get the callus remover  because the bottles are no name without ingredients listed which can be dangerous. Used latex gloves which I found weird as a lot of people are allergic, including me, just not severely. However the painting was very precise, he took his time and wasn't rushed by 4 people waiting like I see other techs react sometimes. ChairThe massage chair offers a slow and light lull, no lumbar option although the remote has one, and it turns off after 10 min. It was a basic pedicure the massage was worthless and the hot stones were luke warm at best. I walked in without an appointment and they took me right away. The male owner yells at customers while they're in a conversation between the two of them and he isn't even working on, "gel is better!"Kind of an annoying place.
