My daughters and I have been coming here for the last 5 years. I've just gone for the last time. I know they are under new ownership and it certainly shows. My last three visits have been nothing short of horrible. The chairs are miserable to sit in and the number 2 pedi I requested was certainly nothing special for the price I paid. Okay I know I posted a great review a few weeks ago but the last two times I’ve been have been disappointing. It really all comes down to the tech you have do your nails. I got a gel manicure and I tried telling my nail tech they weren’t drying at all. Particles of the towel were on my nails every time I took them out of the UV Light. She got an attitude that I even said anything. And she just kept painting over it . Now they are all textured and bumpy looking. I washed my hair this morning and the whole nail lifted off. So I went back . She wasn’t happy and drill filed my nail so far down it burned me. I’m over it I drive too far to come here. Read Less

Although they may be a little pricier then other nail salons the extra couple bucks is totally worth it for the excellent job that they do. I have never once left unhappy with my nails and I have been going every 3 weeks for at least a year now. I've never called ahead of time to make an appointment and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes when arriving for them to start on my nails. They also do your manicure and pedicure at the same time which saves you at least an hour at the salon. By far my favorite and I recommend it to everyone I possibly can. Read Less

Horrible service. Nails looked like pistachio were glued on and not only that owner was rude and when talking to him, he lights a cigarette up. Horrible customer service. Another lady had come in and fixed what the other messed up but still was not satisfied. Not to mention the product i wanted was out after being told it was there. Not happy at all. If you can request Kai to do your nails - PLEASE DO! He’s so worth it. Everyone else I’ve gotten has been so mediocre. This last girl actually left quite a bit of extra material that created a ledge that catches on my hair. Overall, it’s a great salon but you need the right artist. Read Less

Very unprofessional and these ladies dress super innapropriate for work. I literally was getting a pedicure done by a very rude technician who was wearing a dress and had her legs wide open so I could her underwear. Read Less

I Used to love this place, been going here for 7+ years but my last experience was terrible. Over priced for treatment you get, and they try to talk you out of what you asked for to up charge you. 55$ nails and 45$ pedicure! I will be looking for a new salon. Read Less

Pretty spacious & it seems walk-ins are always taken even when busy. Work is decent but does seem to be rushed due to the place always being pretty busy. Overall this is my last option if I can't get in at my regular location.Read Less

I really get tired of them Not understanding what time it is. I make an appointment for 9:00 and they repeat it but when I arrive. On time, I'm told 9:30. This has happened on a few occasions, Extremely Frustrating since I work nights but get up early to take care of business. So still have to sit 30minutes. My time, like anyone else is valuable. If it happens again I will leave. In the meantime I will be searching for a salon that's Dependable that understand the time matrix. Read Less

I paid for callus remover but he didn't remove them all. The massage was ok but he had long nails and kept stabbing me. Most polish was old and gummy and they tried to use it anyway, so I had him change it. It was a big place with a lot of chairs and it was so crazy busy, not relaxing at all. Busy location but only because of the location. The employees were nice to me and also did very good work, however, even though I don't speak the same language I was able to see them speaking about customers and even making fun of them. I know that I am not the only customer who is uncomfortable with that behavior and I do not intend to return. I like positive and welcoming and that was not what they were offering to clients.
